1. Internal Control Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 in Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Economics, or any relevant majors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience; with minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role.
• Experienced in conducting audit, compliance, and/or quality related activities.
• Good leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

2. GA Section Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in any relevant major.
• Have experience in leadership role min. 3 years as supervisor or section manager/assistant manager.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, including managing large teams.
• Experience in operational and maintenance, public services, and government-related activities.
• Understanding of environmentally friendly and sustainable practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Kaizen-oriented with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

3. Product Engineering Division Manager

Requirements:

• Min. S1 in Electrical Engineering with 8-12 years of similar experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design, power supplies, signal conditioning, and output circuits.
• Have good understanding of Electromagnetic Compatibility/Electromagnetic Interference (EMC/EMI), enclosure design, and material selection.
• Have knowledge of sensor principles, circuit/coil design, sensing distance, and embedded systems, and display interfaces.
• Have good understanding of end-to-end product development, including R&D, testing, validation, and product improvement.
• Familiar with industrial automation and relevant quality standards.

4. QC Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min. S1 in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics Engineering, or any relevant majors.
• Understanding of electronic relay and switch manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance or related roles, minimum 3 years.
• Experience in Quality Audits within process manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve product abnormalities.
• Good communication in English.

5. Product Engineering Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min. S1 in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in the electronic industry.
• Experience in management and electronics equipment design, schematics, and testing procedures.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and design validation in the electronics sector.
• Prior exposure in technical sales or B2B customer engagement within the manufacturing sector.
• Good communication skills in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.

6. Stamping Production Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum D4 in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with 4 years experience in relevant fields.
• Strong hands-on experience in stamping dies and stamping production management.
• Experience in leadership role experiences.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Good communication skills and English communication skill.

7. Production Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min S1 in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing or production environment, with at least 1–2 years in leadership role (preferred).
• Understanding of production processes & workflows; and ability to analyze production data and identify issues.
• Understanding daily production planning and execution line balancing and manpower allocation.
• Proficient in work measurement techniques.
• Excellent leadership, logical thinking, and cross-functional communication skills to align with other sections effectively.
• Strong in: Excel/reporting tools.
