DISNAKERJA.CPOM – PT Lotte Chemical Titan Nusantara (IDX: FPNI) adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi polythylene pertama dan terbesar di Indonesia. Didirikan pada tahun 1990 oleh empat perusahaan besar, BP Chemicals Investmen Limited, Mitsui Co Ltd, Sumitomo Corporation dan PT Arseto Petrokimia. Pada awalnya perusahaan ini dinamakan PT Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo atau PT PENI.

Polythylene (PE) adalah bahan polimer yang paling banyak digunakan di dunia dan sangat mudah dijumpai di kehidupan sehari-hari. Produksi PE pertama kali dilakukan pada tahun 1993 dengan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Pada tahun berikutnya, perusahaan melakukan ekspansi pertama sehingga kapasitas produksi bertambah 50.000 ton per tahun. Program ekspansi kedua dilakukan pada tahun 1998 dengan tambahan kapasitas produksi 200.000 ton per tahun. Pada tahun 2003, Indika Group mengakuisisi BP, Mitsui dan Sumitomo. Kemudian Indika Group menjual kepemilikan sahamnya pada Titan Petchem (M) SDN Bhd, salah satu anak perusahaan dari Titan Chemicals Corp Sdn. Bhd.

1. Process Safety Technician

Requirements:

• D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or K3 Engineering or others technical background
• Preferred have >5 years working experience as Process Operator or HSE at Petrochemical/ chemical plant or refinery
• Preferred has HSE practical experience
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Has good personality and attitude
• Willing to be placed in Merak Plant (Cilegon)

2. Environment Performance Monitoring & Compliance Engineer

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Environment Engineering
• Have 5+ years of working experience in as Environment Engineer at Petrochemical/ Chemical plant or refinery
• Proficient knowledge and have working experience for preparation ISO 14001 certification, PROPER assessment, RKL-RPL Document
• Has good knowledge and work experience related waste water, air emission, and hazardous waste
• Certified environment professional is preferred
• Experienced & capable as Environment Trainer
• Have good English communication skill both writing and speaking
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willing to be place in Merak Plant (Cilegon)

3. Sr. OH & Safety Planning Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Safety Engineering or major related to Safety Engineering
• At least 10 Years of experiences in Safety & Health Management in Oil refinery, Petrochemical or Chemical industries
• A genuine interest in and understanding of OH & Safety Government Regulation
• Understand and familiar implementation of OH & Safety Management System (SMK3), PSM, CSMS, Industrial Hygiene, Road safety and ISO 45001
• Excellent communication and influencing skills (Bahasa and English)
• Have good personality and ability to inspire others
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Good organization and time management
• Willing to be placed at Merak Plant (Cilegon)

4. Sr. Environment Site Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Environment Engineering or major related to HSE Engineering
• At least 10 Years of experiences in Safety & Health Management in Oil refinery, Petrochemical or Chemical industries
• Has good knowledge Environment Management System, familiar with ISO 14000, RKL-RPL, PROPER requirement
• Has good understanding Government Regulation related Environment aspect
• Has good English communication skills both verbal and writing
• Has good personality and leadership capability
• The ability to inspire and influence others
• Willing work to be placed at Merak Plant (Cilegon)

5. Sr. Environment Planning Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Environment Engineering or major related to Environment Engineering
• At least 10 Years of experiences in Safety & Health Management in Oil refinery, Petrochemical or Chemical industries
• A genuine interest in and understanding of environmental issues, relevant legislation, and renewable energy sources
• Has good English communication skills both verbal & writing

6. Sr. Air Emission Engineer

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Environmental Science/ Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Natural Resources Management, Energy engineering
• Has > 8 years working experience in similar position at Petrochemical Plant, Oil & Gas Refinery
• Has good English communication skill both oral and writing
• Good analytical thinking skills, Problem solving skill with focus on issue resolution
• Has good personality and attitude
• Has good willingness for self development
• Willing to be placed in Merak plant – Cilegon

7. Lead Plant Inspector

Requirements:

• D3 or a bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering
• Has >8 years working experience as Plant Inspector at Petrochemical/ chemical Industry or oil gas & refinery
• Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures
• A strong understanding of Code, Standard, engineering principles and practices, including design, testing, and manufacturing processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and able to interpret technical data, identify potential issues, and make recommendations based on their findings
• Attention to detail and accuracy and precise in their work to identify and address potential issues
• Good communication skills and able to clearly explain their findings and recommendations to clients and other stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Have valid certificate of ASNT NDT Level 2 (UT/ MT/ PT/ RI)
• Have valid certificate of other Inspection related qualification is preferred
• Willing to be placed in Merak Plant (Cilegon)

8. Communication Supervisor

Requirements:

• Communication experts that owns a Bachelor or Master Degree in Communications, Business Management, Public Relations and preferably minimum of 5 years of related experiences
• Experiences in developing a variety of internal and external communication materials (press releases, Q&A documents, fact sheets, key messages documents, news articles, etc.)
• Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
• Good analytical and interpretation skills with eye for details and process orientation with strong data management skills
• Good communication, interpersonal skill, self-starter, result oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Able to effectively listen, read, and communicate in English
• Above TOPIK Level 3 Korean Language Proficiency is required
• Job placement in South Jakarta

9. Sr. OH & Safety Site Engineer

Requirements:

10. HSE Lead Technician (Shift)

Requirements:

• D3 or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, K3 Engineering, or other technical background.
• Preferred have > 8 years of working experience in a similar role at a Petrochemical/chemical plant or refinery.
• Preferred has HSE practical experience
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Preferred has certified Fire Fighting professional class D, C,
• Preferred has a driving license class B 1 or B2 (SIM B1 atau B2)
• Has a good personality and attitude
• Willing to be assigned to working shift
• Willing to be placed in Merak Plant (Cilegon)

11. Inspection Engineer

Requirements :

• A bachelor’s degree in Material and Metallurgical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Has > 7 years of working experience in Inspection Engineer at Petrochemical Industry or Oil & Gas Refinery
• Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures
• A strong understanding of Code, Standard, engineering principles and practices, including design, testing, and manufacturing processes
• Attention to detail and accuracy and precise in their work to identify and address potential issues
• Good English communication skills and able to clearly explain their findings and recommendations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

12. Sr. Legal & Compliance Supervisor

Requirements :

• At least 7 years of experience in performed/ managed compliance works
• Show understanding of the law, entrepreneurial skills, and confidence in handling data

• Experienced in Korean company is a plus

13. Company Doctor

Requirements :

• Min. 5 years working experiences at UPKK of the Industry
• Have a doctor’s registration certificate (STR)
• Have a doctor’s practice permit (SIP) valid from the authorized institution
• Have an appointment letter from Ministry of Manpower (SKP Dokter Perusahaan)
• Certified Hiperkes (Regulation No.1/ 1979)
• Certified ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Proficient knowledge of relevant medical laws, policies, procedures, and K3 (Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja)
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient computer skills
• Have good personality and health service oriented
• Experienced and Capable as Health Subject Trainer

14. Sr. Inspection Engineer

Requirements :
