DISNAKERJA.COM – PT Borneo Alumina Indonesia (PT BAI), anak perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) – disebut INALUM – dan PT ANTAM Tbk – disebut ANTAM – didirikan dan beroperasi berdasarkan hukum Republik Indonesia, akan mengembangkan, membangun, memiliki, mengoperasikan dan mengelola Smelter Grade Alumina Refinery (Proyek SGAR) dengan kapasitas produksi 1 Juta Alumina per tahun (Expandable) di Kabupaten Mempawah, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia, untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah nasional sebesar pemurnian bijih Bauksit menjadi produk Alumina.

Proyek SGAR merupakan Proyek Strategis dengan investasi besar yang akan menjembatani dan meningkatkan rantai Industri Aluminium yang tidak terhubung antara Tambang Bauksit ANTAM di hulu dan kebutuhan Pabrik Peleburan Aluminium INALUM di hilir.

1. Balance of Plant (BOP) (Code: BOP)

Kualifikasi :

• S1 Teknik Kimia
• Experience di BOP (Balance of Plant) min 5-8 tahun
• Familiar dengan sistem pengolahan WTP power plant (diutamakan)
• Familiar dengan CHS (Coal Handling System) Power Plant dan Coal Gas di utamakan
• Mengetahui K3 Umum
• Siap bekerja shift
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat
• Mahir dalam Bahasa Inggris baik lisan dan tulisan (Bahasa Mandarin Lebih Disukai)

2. GA Officer (Code: OFF-GA)

Responsibilities :

• Supply, Collect Data and Maintenance of Company Assets at Jakarta Office
• Prepare Cash Advance Report and Settlement Report of routine expenses such as electricity, water, air con service, and other maintenance
• Verification of Outsourcing overtime report
• Provide BOD need at Jakarta Office
• Report to Assisten Manager HRGA

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma III
• GPA 3,0
• Having Basic GA Professional Training Certificate
• Willing to work at Jakarta & Mempawah, West Kalimantan

What We Require :

• Minimum 2 years experience in GA field
• Ability to operate MS Office
• Willing to travel on business to the Company site

3. Internal Audit, Risk Management & Good Corporate Governance Manager (Code: MGRIA)

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain the principles and procedures of the Audit, Business Risk Management & GCG, to ensure an accurate and timely audit process, Business Risk Management
• Able to manage and supervise the daily operations of the Audit Department/Section, Business Risk Management & GCG
• Able to manage processes and reports on the Audit, Business Risk Management & GCG
• Able to develop Audit, Business Risk Management & GCG systems
• Ability to analyze an actual condition
• Able to determine the criteria in the company’s business flow
• Able to carry out audit planning activities, audit implementation, and follows up audit recommendations
• Able to identify, evaluate, and control/mitigate the risk control of the Company and/or Project
• Able to identify and fulfill the aspects/parameters of the implementation of good corporate governance
• Carry out all responsibilities and other work according to orders by superiors/leaders

Qualifications :

• Candidate must have an education of Strata 2 (S2) Accounting/Master of Accounting
• Have a Professional Internal Auditor (PIA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
• Certified International Business Analyst (C!BA)
• Certified Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) Certified Business Valuer (CBV)
• Chartered Accountant (CA), ASEAN CPA
• Willing to work onsite at Mempawah, West Borneo
• Minimum 10 years experience as an auditor in BUMN/Private companies
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Required language English (verbal and written)
• Good analysis and reporting
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office

4. Alumnia (Code: ALUMINASUP)

• Bauxite stock yard, Bauxite Grinding, Lime Milk Preparation, Pre Desilication
• Digestion
• Sand Removal, Red Mud Settler & Washer and Floculant Preparation
• Precipitation & Integrated Filtration
• Evaporation and Caustic Adjusment
• Hydrate storage, Calcination, Alumina storage

Qualification :

• Candidate must be possess at least Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
• Specialized in Engineering – Chemistry, Metallurgical Materials, Machinery.
• Understanding alumina Processes Buyer (Bauxite Storage, Grinding, Digestion, Stettler-Washer, Redmud Stock Yard, Precipitation and Evaporation).
• Understand the alumina process in accordance with work and mining safety procedures.
• Willing to work onsite at Mempawah, West Kalimantan.
• At least 8 years working experience in the related field is required for this position (Alumina Plant).
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
• Good analysis and reporting.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Required language: English (verbal and written)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office

5. Turbine (Code: SUPTRB)

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work.
• Supervise hourly personnel in turbines.
• Primary responsibility for daily operation of mill.
• Participate with the work order validation, planning, and execution of maintenance in your area.
• Work on a high performance team in support Power Turbines.
• Able to coordinate with other plants well, production productivity can be achieved.
• Able to overcome turbine operational trouble shooting to maintain turbine continuity for steam and electricity production is achieved.
• Support the Training & Development of personnel.
• Able to review engineering and construction documents for Turbine design.
• Able to carry out the boiler commissioning process with the team.
• Improve and innovate in the Turbine field.

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at Minimum education D3 Electrical Engineering.
• Have a class 1 steamer operator certificate.
• Willing to work onsite at Mempawah, West Borneo.
• Preferably domiciled in Mempawah or West Borneo.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Turbine).
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Good analytical and reporting
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
