Lowongan Kerja PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia (Garuda Indonesia Group)


1. HC Planning and Development / HRBP (Code: HCPLAN)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the end-to-end HR strategy to support business process improvements.
  • Analyze and drive improvements in areas such as human resource metrics, organizational structure, and company culture.
  • Develop and manage the implementation of recruitment, training, and talent management programs through SOPs, KPIs, manuals, and other tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, law, management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HRBP or talent management (with strong experience in fulfilling the listed responsibilities).
  • Familiarity with labor law (Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan).

2. Tax Accounting Senior Officer (Code: SRTAX)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the preparation, reporting, and filing of all corporate tax returns in compliance with tax regulations (including PPh 23, PPh Final [4 Ayat 2]) and calculating VAT.
  • Ensure the equalization of VAT and PPh.
  • Handle tax audits.
  • Analyze tax issues or errors and provide solutions to resolve them.
  • Prepare tax reports and advise management on the impact of tax liabilities and other emerging issues.
  • Analyze deviations from the budget plan.

General Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a relevant field.
  • Solid experience as a tax accountant with a minimum of 3-4 years.
  • Certification in Brevet A & B.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, SAP, and preparing company tax reports.
  • Experience in tax consulting is preferred.

3. Treasury Officer (Code: TREASURY)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company budgets and monitor cash flow operations.
  • Oversee and approve expenditures to ensure alignment with financial plans and company objectives.
  • Prepare financial reports, including current status and future forecasts, to guide future budget planning.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive financing strategies and plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Experience as a Treasurer or in a similar financial role is a plus.
  • Understanding of budget forecasting, planning, and execution.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.

4. Facility Management (Code: FACILITY)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and supervising the end-to-end process of building maintenance, including implementing building safety procedures and emergency plans, supervising maintenance operational staff, performing routine building inspections, and reporting the results.
  • Receiving breakdown reports and planning maintenance actions.
  • Ensuring buildings and facilities comply with relevant codes and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant field.
  • Solid experience in Facility Management/Building Management with a minimum of 3 years, including at least 1 year of supervising or leading a team.
  • Skills in creating 3D engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with Facility Management SOPs, HSE, and Asset Management.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001:2015.
  • Facility Management or related certification is preferred.

5. Financial Analyst (Code: FA677)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
  • Develop models and forecast reports on future business performance.
  • Assist in financial planning and budgeting.
  • Evaluate business opportunities and conduct cost-benefit analyses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP Financial/Controlling.
