PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation (Susi Air)

Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pujiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Berkantor-pusat di Pangandaran,Jawa Barat , Susi Air beroperasi dari lima pangkalan utamanya di Medan, Jakarta, Balikpapan, Kendari, Bandung, Cilacap, dan Sentani akan tetapi maskapai ini masih terdaftar pada daftar maskapai penerbangan dilarang di Uni Eropa.

Didirikan pada akhir 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti, Susi Air awalnya didirikan untuk mengantarkan muatan perikanan dari perusahaan lain milik Susi, PT ASI Pudjiastuti. Gempa bumi Samudera Hindia 2004 yang terjadi di pesisir barat Sumatra beberapa saat setelah dua pesawat Cessna Grand Caravan pertama Susi Air dipesan, langsung digunakan untuk membantu pengiriman peralatan dan obat-obatan bagi regu penolong.

1. Management Trainee

Responsibilities :

  • Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
  • Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
  • Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
  • Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
  • Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship
  • Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
  • Preparing documents and updating records.
  • Learning about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
  • Traveling to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.

2. Officers

Responsibilities :

3. On Job Training

Responsibilities :

  • Work with the head of business department to determine the training needs and team development direction.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs suitable for different staff levels and functions, including seminars, etc.
  • Implement effective training methods, including e-learning platforms, seminars and on-the-job training.
  • Manage the entire training cycle, from needs assessment to plan assessment to improvement.
  • Strong ability to report and summarize.

Requirements :

  • Graduate SMA/SMK is minimum Aged within the range of 18-27 years
  • Single, have not marriage yet

4. Maintenance

Responsibilities :

PPC

  • Plan & schedule aircraft part production.
  • Manage material procurement & inventory.
  • Analyze data & report performance.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing

Storeman

  • Keeping aircraft parts and materials organized and accessible : receive, maintain accurate inventory, conduct regular inventory.
  • Ensuring parts are available when needed : Issue parts to maintenance technicians, Monitor stock.
  • Keeping the store safe and efficient: Maintain a clean, operate forklifts and other equipment safely.

Toolkeeper

  • Responsible for issuing, reveiving, monitoring, and safe keeping of raw materials, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
  • Keep track and inventory all tools.
  • Monitor damage and replace existing tools.

Requirements :

  • Minimum diploma, bachelor degree, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in related field
  • Proficient with inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational & time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail & accurancy
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • License is must

5. Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize findings, identify trends, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reports to support specific operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing regular data quality checks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, preferably within the airline or transportation industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, and Python.
  • Experience in writing complex SQL queries and strong DBMS knowledge (MySQL/BigQuery).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
