Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia (CCEPI, sebelumnya bernama Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia hingga 2021) adalah sebuah perusahaan minuman ringan di Indonesia. CCEPI sebenarnya merupakan nama dagang bagi dua perusahaan milik salah satu pembotol Coca-Cola terbesar di dunia, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (berbasis di Uxbridge, London, Britania Raya) di Indonesia.

Perusahaan tersebut yaitu PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia (CCBI) yang bergerak bidang produksi dan PT Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (CCDI) untuk distribusi. CCEPI memiliki 8 pabrik pembotolan yang ada di Sumatra, Jawa dan Bali serta mempekerjakan 5.200 karyawan. About Graduate Trainee Program

Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) adalah program pengembangan terstruktur bagi fresh graduates dengan pengalaman yang memberikan pengembangan teknis dan perilaku yang padat untuk mencapai akselerasi karir di CCEP Indonesia yang terdiri dari:

• 6 bulan program pengembangan sebagai trainee
• 1 tahun penempatan pada sebuah posisi
• Kelanjutan pengembangan sebagai karyawan tetap

Kami memiliki harapan yang tinggi pada Program Graduate Trainee untuk membina karyawan baru setelah penempatan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis yang cepat, perubahan pasar, dan mempersiapkan pemimpin masa depan.

Persyaratan Umum:

• S1 atau S2 dengan IPK minimum 3.00
• Fresh graduate atau memiliki pengalaman kerja maksimal 1 tahun
• Aktif dalam organisasi atau kegiatan sosial
• Memliki kepribadian yang baik
• Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris secara lisan dan tulisan
