PT. GS Battery, perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi akumulator listrik (lead acid battery) untuk kendaraan bermotor. Kami merupakan bagian dari Astra Otoparts, lini bisnis Astra Internasional yang berfokus pada komponen otomotif.

Pertama kali beroperasi pada tanggal 1 November 1974, hanya dengan 70 orang karyawan. GS Battery terus berkembang dan saat ini sudah memproduksi lebih dari 300 juta unit aki dan memiliki lebih dari 2.000 karyawan. Dengan kondisi pasar yang berubah ubah PT GS Battery selalu berusaha untuk berinovasi agar dapat memuaskan kebutuhan pelanggannya.

GS Battery dimiliki oleh tiga pemegang saham yaitu PT Astra Otopart Tbk, GS Yuasa Corp. & Toyota Tsusho Corporation. Dengan kapasitas produksi lebih dari 20 juta unit/tahunnya, GS Battery menjual 3 jenis produk yaitu aki mobil, aki motor & aki traction yang mana battery-battery ini diproduksi di dua pabrik GS yang berlokasi di Karawang dan Semarang.

1. Industry 4.0 Officer

Job Description:

• Manage and implement IoT projects at Karawang Plant.
• Develop digitalization solutions for product traceability, production process monitoring, inventory control, and vision camera AI.
• Monitor project implementation and performance.
• Prepare project reports using the A3 Problem Solving methodology.

Qualifications:

• Diploma (D3) degree in Mechatronic
• Fresh graduate/Maximum of 2 years of work experience
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
• Placement in Karawang Plant

2. Marketing Staff

Job Description:

• Conduct market research and analyze trends and customer needs.
• Identify and develop new customers to expand business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
• Process, monitor, and ensure the smooth handling of orders and deliveries in accordance with customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Teknik Industri, Marketing, Manajemen, Bisnis
• Freshgraduate/Experience max 2 years
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
• Placement in Karawang Plant

3. PPIC Officer

Job Description:

• Coordinate material receiving, storage, and distribution according to company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare basic logistics reports.
• Monitor stock levels and support stock opname activities regularly

Qualifications:

• Diploma (D3) graduate with minimum GPA 3.00
• Jurusan: Teknik Produksi dan Proses Manufaktur, Mekatronika, Teknik Mesin
• Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

4. Maintenance Officer

Job Description:

• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on production machinery and utility equipment during breakdowns.
• Analyze root causes of machine failures and develop improvement plans to enhance equipment reliability.

Qualifications:

• Diploma (D3) graduate with minimum GPA 3.00
• Major : Mekatronika, Teknik Mekatronika, Teknik Mesin
• Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of experience in a related field.

5. Process Engineering Officer

Job Description:

• Conduct process validation to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Analyze engineering drawings and technical specifications for process implementation.
• Prepare process documentation, reports, and analysis to support operational improvement.

Qualifications:

• Diploma (D3) graduate with minimum GPA 3.00
• Major: Mekatronika, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin
• Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
