1. Finance & Accounting Staff

Responsible for supporting the execution of operational funding and assisting in the oversight of financial and administrative activities in accordance with established procedures.

Responsibility :

  • Assist in the implementation of operational funding as per management decisions.
  • Support the control and supervision of operational funding activities following standard procedures.
  • Participate in stock taking and asset taking activities.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards in finance and admin operations.
  • Foster positive employee relationships and contribute to their empowerment.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting finance and admin activity reports (accounting, tax) to management.

Qualification :

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field, preferable in Mining Industry Certified in Brevet A&B would be a plus

2. Industrial Relation Staff

Responsible for managing and maintaining effective industrial relations within the company. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee relations issues, and fostering a positive working environment.

Responsibility :

  • Develop effective communication channels between management and employees.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and workplace issues.
  • Prepare and monitored all necessary documentation related to employee relations and labor law compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze industrial relations trends and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualification :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations

3. Legal Specialist

Providing comprehensive legal support and services to ensure the company’s activities are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Overseeing contract management, legal documentation, and advising on legal matters.

Responsibility :

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s interests are protected.
  • Provide legal advice on various subject : corporate, labor, and regulatory matters.
  • Manage and mitigate legal risks by implementing company policies
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.

Qualification :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable university.

Site-based Vacancy :

1. Manager Production

Oversee and manage all aspects of production operations, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.

Responsibility :

  • Conduct P5M at the start of each shift to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Oversee and correct work area inspections and job observations
  • Monitor and ensure daily production, fleet and pit capacity targets are met managing shift handovers and critical tasks.
  • Control fleet allocation, production rates, and address any issues.
  • Ensure operations comply with standards and traffic signage.
  • Ensure P2H inspections are completed on all units and sign operator timesheets

Qualification :

  • Minimum Diploma’s degree (D3) in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geodesy, Geology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in managerial position in Mining industry.
  • Certified as POP is a must, having POM certification is preferable

2. Spv. Mine Plan Engineer

Oversee and manage mine planning operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Responsibility :

  • Develop, implement, and monitor mine plans to optimize production.
  • Analyze mine production data and adjust plans to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure all mine planning activities comply with safety and regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to mine plans
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on mine planning activities
  • Manage the allocation of resources to meet production targets and timelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of mine planning data and metrics.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mine planning and engineering.
  • Proficient in mine planning software (e.g., Surpac, Minesched).

3. Spv. Plant & Maintenance

Overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the control room and coordinating with other departments to optimize mining activities.

Responsibility :

  • Plan, organize, and supervise maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and analyze equipment performance.
  • Review and evaluate onsite maintenance jobs.
  • Evaluate and manage part backlog services.
  • Analyze and plan maintenance budgets, control costs.
  • Ensure resource availability for maintenance scheduling.
  • Validate data and document daily work processes.
  • Supervise staff and ensure workplace safety.

Qualification :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably from mechanical or electrical engineering major
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the mining industry, preferably in plant department.
  • Having POP & BMC certification will be preferred

4. Spv. SHE

Oversee and manage all safety, health, and environmental activities to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe work environment.

Responsibility :

  • Develop and implement SHE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement CAPA actions
  • Monitor and analyze SHE performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Ensure proper waste management and environmental protection practices
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate SHE risks

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field with inimum of 3 years of experience in SHE management.

5. Trainer Plant

Responsible for developing and delivering training programs for plant personnel, ito ensure effective and efficient plant operations. Focuses on enhancing skills, knowledge, and safety practices among employees.

Responsibility :

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for plant personnel
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
  • Deliver hands-on and classroom training sessions covering technical skills safety protocols, operational procedures and provide mentoring to the trainees.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with operational goals and objectives.

Qualification :

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years’ experience in a training role within an industrial or plant environment, especially training for mechanics
  • Preferably holds a POP Certificate and Training for Trainer (TOT).
  • Strong technical knowledge of plant operations and equipment.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions.
  • Proficient for making necessary learning modul, materials and assessment

6. Foreman Planner

Responsible for coordinating and planning maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibility :

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and within set timelines.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards in all maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance records and reports for management review.

Qualification :

  • Minimum Diploma’s degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. A Bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferable.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role in the mining industry.
  • Preferably certified as POP & BMC in Mining Industry

7. Foreman SHE

Overseeing and implementing the KPLH (Mining Safety and Environmental) program to minimize accidents that may cause losses to the Company in the operational area.

Responsibility :

  • Implement and review safety protocols according to HIRA, and JSA.
  • Coordinate with partners on safety regulations, reporting, and improvements.
  • Manage availability and adequacy of PPE, safety signs, and equipment.
  • Oversee employee safety training and equipment commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with hazardous waste handling regulations.

Qualification :

  • Diploma’s Degree in any major with relevant SHE certifications and/or with minimum of 1 years of experience in SHE management.
  • Certified in POP, General K3 Expert, SMKP would be preferrable

Ensure the implementation of periodic service, scheduled & unscheduled maintenance activities as per standard to achieve the targeted PA.

Responsibility :

  • Arrange and divide tasks for helper mechanics to carry out periodic service work, scheduled & unscheduled maintenance.
  • Perform periodic maintenance based on P2H from operators, including oil and grease replacement.
  • Conduct preventive service maintenance (HM), including the replacement of parts/materials, repair, cleaning, and inspection of service materials.
  • Create a Hazard Report (HR) and take appropriate safety action on the unit in the event of a hazard in the field.
  • Responsible for handling tools and ensuring tools are in place after use

Qualification :

  • Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment or distributor parts.
  • Able to maintenance various heavy equipment units such as Hitachi, Sany, Sumitomo, Hyundai, Komatsu, LGMC, Caterpillar, Ling Gong, and Hino.
  • Having certification in Basic Manual Course (BMC), Advance Course, and Product Knowledge is preferred.

12. Mekanik Medium Truck

Ensure the implementation of periodic service, scheduled & unscheduled maintenance activities as per standard to achieve the targeted PA.

Responsibility :

  • Arrange and divide tasks for helper mechanics to carry out periodic service work, scheduled & unscheduled maintenance.
  • Perform periodic maintenance based on P2H from operators, including oil and grease replacement.

13. Welder

Ensure the availability of welding work to support unit readiness.

Responsibility :

  • Carry out P2H welding equipment before using it for welding work.
  • Ensure the operation of welding equipment from turning on, operating, to turning off welding equipment according to operating manual standards.
  • Responsible for welding equipment utilization.
  • Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the work area by implementing the 5Rs of the work area.
  • Create a Hazard Report and instruct supervisors if unsafe conditions or actions are found in the work area.

Qualification :

  • Minimum high school education/equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of three years’ experience in the relevant field, experience using SMAW/OAW.
  • Have good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Having a welder certification is preferred.

14. Admin Production

Assist and maintain detailed production reports and coordinate closely with all departments to ensure operational process running smoothly.

Responsibility :

  • Create comprehensive production various report according to the respective section
  • Assist detailed actual unit reports on an hourly basis.
  • Assist Process Improvement and Corrective Action (PICA) on the generated reports to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate and coordinate effectively with all departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals.

Qualification :

  • Physically and mentally ready to be placed in our site.

Support the implementation and administration of the PDCA cycle to enhance process improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibility :

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing PDCA activities.

  • Maintain and update records of PDCA activities and progress.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on PDCA outcomes and findings.
