  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence among our dedicated team.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive market expansion, ensuring our solutions reach educators and learners globally.
  • Continuously push the boundaries of edtech innovation, introducing transformative products and services.
  • Put the needs of educators and students at the forefront, shaping solutions that enhance learning outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, achieve revenue targets, and ensure the financial health of the company.
  • Cultivate relationships with educational institutions, partners, and stakeholders, establishing Startup Campus as a leader in the industry.
  • Measure and communicate the educational impact of our solutions, making a difference in classrooms around the world.


  • A Master’s or Ph.D. in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field (preferably from Ivy League or comparable institutions).
  • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles within the edtech industry or top companies.
  • Strong business acumen, with a track record of achieving revenue targets and market growth.
  • A visionary mindset, dedication to innovation, and a commitment to improving education.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to ethical conduct.

2. Pedagogy Lead (Salary 30,000,000 – 50,000,000 IDR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative pedagogical strategies that leverage technology to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design curriculum materials that are engaging, effective, and aligned with educational standards.
  • Develop and deliver professional development programs for educators, empowering them to excel in a digital learning environment.
  • Stay at the forefront of pedagogical research and emerging technologies, driving innovation in our edtech solutions, especially on creating digital institutions in Indonesia.
  • Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of pedagogical strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with product and operations, academic, and content teams to ensure pedagogical goals are integrated into our products.
  • Advocate for the needs of educators and students, ensuring our solutions meet their unique requirements.
