ANEKA TUNA INDONESIA didirikan pada Oktober 1991, sebagai perusahaan gabungan antara Itochu Corporation, Hagoromo Foods Corporation – pemilik merk tuna terkemuka di Jepang, dan satu perusahaan asing lainnya. Berlokasi di area pegunungan dengan panorama yang eksotik di Provinsi Jawa Timur, Indonesia, kami memulai operasional secara komersial pada November 1992, spesialiasi untuk produksi dan penjualan tuna kaleng.

1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist

Job Description :

  • Handle Litigation & Non-Litigation
  • Handle Union Relation & Employee Relation
  • Drafting legal opinion & legal standing
  • Drafting and reviewing MoUs
  • Conduct tasks related to external relations (Disnaker & PHI)

General Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or master degree of Law
  • Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
  • Have experience 2 years as Industrial Relation Staff at Manufacture
  • Preferably have an advocate certificate
  • Willing to work at Plant Gempol, Kab. Pasuruan, Jawa Timur

Skill competence:

  • Have knowledge of litigation and non-litigation
  • Have knowledge of legal opinion and legal standing
  • Have knowledge of MoU drafting
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation skills

2. QA Internal Audit Specialist

Job Description :

  • Schedule the Implementation of Internal Audit and Annual Internal Audit Risk Assessment
  • Recapitulate the Results of Internal Audits on a Monthly, Quarterly
  • Coordinate with Sections Related to Internal Audit Findings
  • Carry Out Internal Audits to Ensure Product Safety Policies
  • Supporting pre-external audit inspections

General Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or master degree of Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology or related major
  • Fluent in English (Oral and Written)
  • Have experience 2 years as QA Internal Audit at Manufacture
  • Willing to work at Plant Pandaan, Kab. Pasuruan, Jawa Timur

Skill competence:

  • Have knowledge of Internal Audit based on 19001:2015
  • Have knowledge of BRC, HACCP, CCP
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
