1. Content Plan Specialist

Role describtion :

• Develop and maintain a detailed weekly/monthly content calendar for all channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, email, etc.).
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align content with campaign objectives, product focuses, and brand voice.
• Research trends, competitor content, and industry movements to inspire creative directions and content angles.
• Monitor content performance metrics and optimize future content plans based on insights.
• Ensure all content is timely, relevant, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in content planning, content marketing, or digital campaign management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience behavior.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Can join as soon as possible & willing to be placed Manhattan, PIK 2, Jakarta.

2. Videographer Editor Specialist

Role describtion :

• Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, etc.).
• Work closely with content creator, graphic designers, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Capture a wide range of content including product videos, tutorials, interviews, events, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Stay up to date with video trends, especially in the beauty and lifestyle industry.
• Collaborate with talent (models, influencers, hosts) and direct them during shoots.

Requirements:

• Min D3/S1 Visual Communication Design, or related field, 1–3 years experience as a videographer, especially in beauty industries will be a plus.
• Proficient in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Skilled in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects.
• Understanding of beauty industry aesthetics, trends, and social media video formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Ready to join as soon as possible.

3. HR Generalist

Role describtion :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, conduct interviews, and assist in the orientation of new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee data, ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Handle business trip for employee.
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring the office environment is functioning properly.
• Manage office space, utilities, and ensure a safe and regulatory compliant workplace.
• Organize company events, meetings, and team building activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Management, min 2 years of experience as an HR Generalis.
• Active, creative & communicative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
• Problem-solving mindset, especially when handling GA-related issues (office facilities, logistics, etc.).
• Willing to join as soon as possible and will be placed in PIK 2, North Jakarta.

4. Affiliate Specialist

Role describtion :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program across platforms (e.g. TikTok Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, etc.).
• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, influencers, or content creators.
• Set clear commission structures and campaign guidelines
• Launch and monitor affiliate campaigns: seasonal, product-focused, or promotional.
• Track affiliate KPIs: click-through rates (CTR), conversions, ROI, and sales.
• Stay up to date with trends and algorithm changes on affiliate channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree all major, min 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce marketing.
• Familiar with affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Passionate about digital trends, social media, and content creator ecosystems.
• Willing to be placed in PIK 2, North Jakarta.

5. Area Sales Supervisor

Role description :

• Planning sales strategies, new NOO in area.
• Monitoring sales, distribution and stock of distributors and distributor teams.
• Monitoring product availability at outlets and ensuring products are well displayed.
• Achieving targets set by the company.
• Monitoring team activities and achievements.
• Check and prepare a product stock in distirbutor.

Requirements:

• Min 3 years experience as a Area sales supervisor in Personal care/ FMCG.
• Have a SIM A/C active.
• Understanding about area coverage.
• Active, creative and have a strong marketing planning.
• Can join as soon as possible.

6. Purchasing Specialist

Role describtion :

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors based on quality, price, and delivery time.
• Source raw materials, office supplies, or products needed by the company.
• Request and review quotations, proposals, and contracts from suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) accurately.
• Update procurement databases and ensure proper documentation for audits.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings.

Requirements:

• Min D3/S1 , all major, have experience Purchasing min 2 years (especially in beauty brands will be a plus).
• Active, creative & communicative.
• Good understanding about Microsoft Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot, etc) and good understanding about Accurate (online).
• Able to work individually and collaborate in a team.
• Have a good negotiation skill.
• Ready to join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in PIK 2, North Jakarta.
