1. Retail Operation Management Trainee

The MAP Future Leaders Program is designed to develop future retail leaders through immersive learning and hands-on experience across MAP Active’s retail operations business. This program equips future leaders with the skills to drive operational excellence, customer experience, people development, and business performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Willing to work in operational shifts and be placed across Indonesia.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Internship experience of at least 1 year is an advantage.
• Strong communication, leadership potential, adaptability, resilience, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about retail operations, customer experience, and people management.

2. Merchandising Management Trainee

The MAP Future Leaders Program prepares future commercial leaders through comprehensive exposure to Merchandising and Merchandise Planning functions within MAP Active. Participants will gain hands-on experience in product strategy, assortment planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, and driving business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Strong interest in merchandising, buying, merchandise planning, and retail analytics.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Internship experience of at least 1 year is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly adaptable, agile, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and business insights.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta and work in a dynamic retail environment.
