PT Sefas Pelindotama adalah distributor resmi Pelumas Shell yang ditunjuk oleh PT Shell Indonesia. Pada awalnya, Sefas terjun ke pasar pelumas melalui afiliasi dan jaringan PT Intraco Penta Tbk. Hanya dalam waktu singkat, Sefas menjadi pemasok Pelumas Shell yang andal dan tepercaya untuk industri pertambangan dan industri terkait lainnya.

Pada saat yang bersamaan, PT Sefas Pelindotama juga tumbuh menjadi penyedia produk dan Layanan Pengelolaan Hidrokarbon terpadu. Sejak berdiri pada tahun 1997 di Jakarta, Sefas mengalami pertumbuhan pesat dan telah berekspansi ke kawasan strategis di Kalimantan. Sefas memiliki kantor dan gudang di Balikpapan, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, dan Sangatta serta gudang pendukung di Surabaya.

1. HR Staff

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and information system
• Preferably  1-2 years of experience in an HR administration
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.

2. Budgeting & Reporting Staff

Job Description:

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets to ensure adherence to financial goals.
• Collaborate with departments to gather necessary budget information.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify reasons for budget deviations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of long-term financial plans and forecasts.
• Provide support in the preparation of management reports and presentations.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in budgeting, financial reporting, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate & Oracle Netsuite).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Accounting & Reporting Staff

Job Description

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist with audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Accurate & Oracle Netsuite).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably having a valid SIM A (driver’s license).

4. Technical Staff

Job Description

• Provide product recommendations and specifications
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support customer needs and complaints
• Using Technical Skills for selling, consulting and also demonstrating product use
• Establish long relationships with customers

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering
• A year of experience in technical sales, or related field (freshgraduate are welcome)
• Experienced in industrial sales is preferable
• Strong written and communication skills with experience in customer presentation
  Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Have driving license/SIM C
• Work location in Cikarang
