1. Accounting Officer
Job Description :
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect sensitive data.
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements :
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Ms.Office.
- Proven experience working as an Accountant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
2. Tata Usaha Kayu
Job Description :
- Coordinate wood procurement and delivery processes with forestry authorities, suppliers, and transporters.
- Maintain accurate records of wood inventory, including incoming and outgoing shipments, stock levels, and quality control measures.
- Monitor and report on wood production activities, including harvest volume, yield, and utilization rates.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable forestry practices in all wood-related activities.
Requirements :
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Bachelor’s degree in forestry, agriculture, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles within the forestry or related industries and can operate Ms. Office preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
3. IT Staff
Job Description :

6. Harvesting Officer
Job Description :
- Conduct plan harvesting operations in accordance with company policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
- Coordinate harvesting activities and meet production targets.
- Monitor and assess wood quality and volume to optimize harvesting operations and minimize waste.
- Implement measures to prevent damage to residual trees, soil, and water resources during harvesting activities.
Requirements :
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Bachelor’s degree in forestry, agriculture, or a related field.
- Experience in forestry with knowledge of harvesting.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainable forestry practices.

7. Kepala Shift
Job Description :
- Monitor production process
- Ensure adherence to qualify control standards
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment maintenance personal
- Prepare production including daily for report, production summaries.
Requirements :

- Min. Experience 3 years as “Kepala Shift”
- Can operate Ms. Office

8. Pallet Production Planner
Job Description :
- Analyze customer demands forecast and inventory levels to develop and efficient production plan
- Coordinate with production, procurement and logistic teams to ensure raw materials availability and optimize production scheduling
- Collaborate with quality assurance and inspection teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Requirements :
- Has experience in pallet or particle board
- Can operate Ms. Office
- Senior High School, Diploma or Bachelor degree all major.
- Willing to be placed at all operational areas (Riau Province).
9. Pengawas Maintenance
Job Description :
- Supervise a team of maintenance techncians and provide guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Develop and execute maintenance palns and schedules to ensure the proper functioning of machinery and equipmen
- Conduct reguler inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenace needs, safety concerns and opportunities of improvement
- Develop and deliver training programs for maintenance technicians to enhance their skills, knowledge and undertanding of equipment performance.

10. Pengawas Production
Job Description :
- Organize and coordinate daily production activities, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to meet production targets and deadlines
- Monitor and optimize the manufacturing process to ensure quality, efficiency, and adherence to production specifications and standards
- Identify and resolve any production related issues, such as machine malfunctions, material shortages or quality deviations, taking appropriate corrective actions
