1. HR Admin

The position is a twelve-months contract under outsourcing company. The successful candidate will work on Head Office, Jakarta.

Purpose of the Role:

Performs a variety of clerical and administrative activities specific to the HR function. Provide support to HR Analyst in relation to day-to-day HR process.

Accountabilities :

  • Assist with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing as well as provide clerical support to all employees. 
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.). 
  • Checks personnel related documents for accuracy and completeness, maintaining files and records of a confidential nature and preparing periodic standardized reports.  
  • Ensure that all data and records are maintained in a manner which facilitates easy data retrieval. 
  • Delivers small administrative projects or the administration of larger HR projects so that all information is kept up to date and coordinated on behalf of the project team. 
  • Responds to standard employee’s enquiries and issues with work process area, escalating where necessary.

Requirements :

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or equivalent. 
  • 2 years or working experiences in the same position. 
  • Intermediate skill of Ms. Office operation (Ms. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). 
  • Excellent organizational skills. 
  • Strong communications skills. 
  • Good in English is a must. 
  • Good interpersonal skills & teamwork. 
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws is preferable.

2. Procurement Analyst

The position is a twelve-months contract under outsourcing company. The successful candidate will work on Head Office, Jakarta.

Purpose of the Role :

To perform purchasing and contracting activities, manage tender process, and other procurement support within the Hu’u projects.

Accountabilities :

  • Perform daily contracting activities with regards to purchasing & service of materials and/or equipment requested by Users ensuring that they are processed under company’s standard and norms.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of incoming PR, adequacy of scope of work and any other appendices, develop and review RFQ, and supervises procurement process in accordance to Procurement Procedures;
  • Working together with Users on reviewing the scope of work and provide guidance to ensure the scopes are meeting company’s standard and norms.
  • Conduct pre-qualification before preparing Request for Quotation (RFQ) or tender document.
  • Studying market reports, trade periodicals and sales promotion materials.
  • Conduct analysis on Contract and PO terms (technical, commercial and legal terms).
  • Provide recommendation on how the best/economic/efficient way to award the tender and comply with Vale norm.

Requirements :

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree on Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or another related major.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience – preferably from mining exploration project.
  • Strong knowledge & skill related to drilling/engineering study/site camp support/civil construction (FIDIC contract).
  • Familiar to work with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Power Point and SAP system.
  • Good English skill (verbal & written) is a must.
  • Able to manage time and handle multiple tasks.
  • Able to work independently/less supervision.
  • Willing to work extra hours to complete the work.
  • Willing to travel to company’s site office (Sumbawa).

3. Learning & Development Analyst

The position is a twelve-months contract under outsourcing company. The successful candidate will work on Head Office, Jakarta.

Purpose of the Role:

Learning & development analyst responsible for designing, developing and delivering training solutions that meet the learning requirements of multiple audiences. Provides support and monitor all training requirements are met pertaining to local legislation, local standard operating procedures, or corporate policies.

Accountabilities :

  • Conducts needs assessments/instructional analysis to ensure conformity with training objectives. 
  • Design, integrate, and deliver best practices of various learning theories into impactful learning methods. (e.g., coaching, shadowing, online training)
  • Partner with external stakeholders to provide learning needs for audience / targeted customers.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee learning / growth-path learning needs.
  • Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness. 
  • Manage and stay organized within existing training budgets. 
  • Produce training reports to feed various government reports such as RKAB, quarterly report and annual report. 
  • Ability to stay current on industry trends and techniques as well as new or emerging practices and technologies. 
  • Ability to facilitate, co-facilitate. 
  • Coordinate and manage vendor contracts.

Requirements :

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology or equivalent.
  • 4-5 years or working experiences in the same position.
  • Experience using human resource management systems (HRIS). Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An in-depth understanding of labor laws.
  • Good in English is preferable.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good decision-making skills.
