Lowongan Kerja PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia (Garuda Indonesia Group)
1. Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the Aerotrans operations team at Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB).
- Manage the shuttle bus project within the KITB area.
- Maintain and coordinate communication with clients and Head Office.
- Provide all necessary resources to ensure the project runs smoothly.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years experiences in a similar position and 1 year in a leadership position.
- Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
- Tech-savvy (proficient in MS Teams, MS Office, and other tools) and capable of managing operational projects.

2. Sales and Business Development (BALI and SURABAYA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end B2B sales processes
- Maintain and develop pipelines and client relationships
- Participate in marketing efforts for sales purposes
- Conduct market research and planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major with a minimum of 1 year experience in B2B sales and/or business development (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Familiarity with conducting Feasibility Studies
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Understanding of the end-to-end CRM process, from proposing business plans to reporting
3. Treasury Officer
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage company budgets and monitor cash flow operations.
- Handle lending and bank management, including bank guarantees.
- Process bank transfers after invoice payments are entered by accounts payable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience as a Treasurer, Account Payable, or in a similar financial role is a plus.
- Understanding of budget forecasting, planning, and execution.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel, SAP (or other ERP), and Mobile Banking App.

4. Reservation Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle retail reservations for rentals and input them into the system.
- Check rekening koran to verify bank transfers.
- Prepare periodic reports on revenue from the retail department.
- Coordinate with sales and operations departments regarding reservations.
- Handle customer complaints and report them to the relevant departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree (S1/D3) in Transportation, Administration, or a related field, OR other relevant degrees with experience in reservation, administration, or transportation positions.
- Experience in operating reservation systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, integrity, and a cheerful personality.
5. Dispatcher
Key Responsibilities:
- Create daily schedules and issue ‘Surat Izin Jalan’ to drivers.
- Organize and manage vehicles, keys, e-toll cards, petty cash, and other driving-related items.
- Prepare monthly reports on driver absences, reimbursements, and petty cash usage using Excel and the system.
- Work in shifts and adapt to operational schedules.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field; relevant experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a must.
- Knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, proactive, tech-savvy and capable of quick decision-making.

6. Accounting Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable, including creating invoices, billing, requesting payments, and collecting payments from customers.
- Prepare monthly AR aging reports and expected revenue reports.
- Coordinated closely with Treasury division.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Accounting with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Must have solid knowledge of basic accounting.
- Experience with SAP (or other ERP) is preferred.
