The Finance Talent is designed as Finance Development Program to prepare future finance leaders by providing practical experience and structured learning. Participants will gain knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis while also understanding how finance supports overall business operations in distribution.

Through this program, the company aims to develop individuals with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. This initiative helps build a solid finance team that can support the company’s growth in the FMCG sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Fresh Graduate with internship experience in same role are welcome to apply
• Professional with max two year experience in related positions is more preferred
• Willing to be placed throughout our branches

• Good Analytical Thinking, Creative and Problem Solving
• Willing participate and commit in a series of selection processes
