Call Center
Job Description :
- Help solve customer problems/constraints via Telephone/Email/Application/Web/Social Media
- Create customer or non customer reporting ticket.
- Contacting customers (customers who need callbacks) to resolve customer problems/constraints.
- Answering and resolving all customer questions/requests in accordance with Company regulations.
- Ready to work with Target
Requirement :
- Education Min S1 all majors
- Maximum 35 years old
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Call Center (Customer Service) in Telecommunication and Banking Companies, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Have English language skills (ACTIVE)
- Ready for Working Shifting
- Ready for training for 1 month
