Call Center

Job Description :

  • Help solve customer problems/constraints via Telephone/Email/Application/Web/Social Media
  • Create customer or non customer reporting ticket.
  • Contacting customers (customers who need callbacks) to resolve customer problems/constraints.
  • Answering and resolving all customer questions/requests in accordance with Company regulations.
  • Ready to work with Target

Requirement :

  • Education Min S1 all majors
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Call Center (Customer Service) in Telecommunication and Banking Companies, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Have English language skills (ACTIVE)
  • Ready for Working Shifting
  • Ready for training for 1 month
