PT. Nufarm Indonesia didirikan pada tahun 1986 dengan nama PT. Multisida Agrolindo. Dalam perjalanannya untuk mengembangkan sayap bisnis, PT. Multisida Agrolindo mengadakan usaha patungan (joint venture) dengan sebuah perusahaan dari Australia yaitu Nufarm Limited. Bersamaan dengan penggabungan usaha tersebut nama PT. Multisida Agrolindo berubah menjadi PT. Bima Kimia Nufarm.

Seiring dengan peningkatan inventasi kepemilikan Nufarm Limited, mulai tahun 1999, nama Nufarm Indonesia resmi dipakai.

Apprentice – The “KANGAROO” Program

About The Program

Our KANGAROO stands for Key Aspiring Growth Opportunity for Outstanding students.
As the name suggests, this is an accelerated career pathway to develop young individuals into future leadership roles within Nufarm Indonesia. It’s a 15 to18-month program that will include classroom training, on the job training, rotations within specific areas or functions, special assignments, mentorship, and involvement in the field sales areas.

Who Are We Looking For:

  • Final year students / Fresh Graduates Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.0 and maximum study of 4.5 years
  • Excellent leadership skills proven by leadership roles in university organizations or any extra curricular or voluntary activities
  • Excellent English capability
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and knowledgeable of digital platforms
  • Willing to be stationed anywhere in Indonesia
