1. Bagging Operator Soap

What you will do:

• Control product movement and transfer from production to warehouse.
• Operate and support bagging machine activities to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Perform SAP transactions to confirm production results accurately.
• Maintain product quality standards in silo and bagging areas.
• Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the work area

What we’re looking for:

• Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering or Science-related disciplines.
• Familiarity with production operations, warehousing, or packaging processes is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
• Willing to be placed in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

2. Technical Operator Fatty Alcohol

What you will do:

• Operate and monitor the Fatty Alcohol plant safely, efficiently, and sustainably.
• Ensure production processes run optimally to achieve production targets.
• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and support continuous process improvement, etc.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma (D3)/Bachelor (S1) in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience as an Operator in a Fatty Alcohol plant is preferred.
• Good understanding of process operations and manufacturing safety practices.
• Willing to be placed in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

3. Technical Operator Tank Farm

What you will do:

• Execute product loading activities into isotanks and flexibags according to shipment schedules.
• Ensure loading operations comply with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor product handling and inventory movements within the tank farm area.
• Support operational efficiency and smooth product dispatch activities, etc.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma (D3)/Bachelor (S1) in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in Tank Farm operations and liquid product loading activities.
• Understanding of bulk liquid handling and logistics operations.
• Strong awareness of safety, quality, and operational compliance
• Willing to be placed in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

4. Technical Operator Dove

What you will do:

• Ensure safe and reliable production operations in the Dove manufacturing area.
• Monitor and control process parameters to achieve product quality specifications.
• Operate making and finishing processes, including related utilities.
• Support productivity and quality performance targets across the production area, etc.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma (D3)/Bachelor (S1) in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with production processes, TPM, QMS, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and teamwork skills.
• Willing to be placed in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

5. Team Leader Natural Surfactant

What you will do:

• Lead and oversee on-shift manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production efficiency.
• Coordinate and supervise Amidoamine Production, Betaine Production, Distillation, and Loading & Dispatch activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, safety protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma (D3)/Bachelor (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in chemical or manufacturing plant operations.
• Experience in distillation, amidoamine, surfactant manufacturing, or related chemical industries is highly preferred.
• Willing to be placed in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

6. Operation Governance Assistant Manager

What you will do:

• Establish and sustain Operational Governance systems across manufacturing operations.
• Drive KPI governance, operational performance management, and reporting transparency.
• Lead Management of Change (MOC) governance and compliance initiatives.
• Monitor improvement portfolios and validate operational benefits realization, etc

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in batch chemical processing, oleochemical manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of operational excellence, process improvement, and performance governance.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

7. Safety Downstream Assistant Manager

What you will do:

• Champion a strong safety culture and support the implementation of SHE standards across downstream manufacturing operations.
• Lead safety programs covering contractor safety, process safety, construction safety, and environmental management.
• Partner with site and global teams to implement best practices and strengthen operational safety excellence, etc.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of SHE experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or downstream processing environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

8. Process Engineer Downstream Assistant Manager

What you will do:

• Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and reduce production losses across downstream operations.
• Analyze production performance and troubleshoot operational, quality, and process-related challenges.
• Manage process changes, equipment installations, and new production line projects to support business growth, etc.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing, chemical, oleochemical, or downstream processing industries.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.
