PT Santos Jaya Abadi didirikan pada tahun 1979 sebagai badan hukum usaha kopi keluarga Loet. Perusahaan ini memulai usahanya dari rumah dan menghasilkan kopi bubuk pada tahun 1927 di Jalan Panggung No 9, Surabaya.

Management Trainee Program 2026

SJA Management Trainee 2026 is a fast-track career development program designed to prepare SJA Future Leaders in the Operations stream.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or those with a maximum of 2 years work experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
  • Minimum of GPA 3,25 (D4/S1) or 3,5 (S2)
  • Active in organizations and have internship experience
  • Possesses a solid leadership foundation
  • Have an innovative, experimental mindset, and the drive to deliver business results
  • Passionate to work in FMCG
  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
