PT Tanjungenim Lestari Pulp and Paper (TeL) adalah produsen kelas dunia dengan kualitas produk yang tinggi dan pasar pabrik pulp yang ramah lingkungan. Didirikan pada tanggal 18 Juni 1990, konstruksi dimulai pada pertengahan tahun 1997 dan operasi komersial dimulai pada bulan Mei 2000 . Pabrik tersebut terletak di area seluas 1.250 ha di Desa Banuayu, Kecamatan Empat Petulai Dangku, Kabupaten Muara Enim, Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, Indonesia.

TeL adalah Perusahaan Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA)- Marubeni Corporation, Jepang, sebagai sektor Industri Obyek Vital Nasional (OVNI) yang dicanangkan oleh Menteri Perindustrian pada tahun 2014. Pabrik tersebut memiliki kapasitas produksi pulp pasar sebesar 490.000 Adt / tahun. Saat ini pabrik memiliki 1600 karyawan dan tenaga kerja pendukung bersama-sama dimana ~ 80% dari mereka adalah penduduk Sumatera Selatan.

1. SECTION HEAD LEVEL

1. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SECTION HEAD

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 8 years maintenance experience in Power Plant, Recovery Boiler, Recaust and Lime Kiln areas
• Min. 4 years experience as Supervisor or;
• Min. 2 years experience as Section Head / Superintendent
• Understanding of mechanical failure analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and reliability engineering
• Strong team leadership, decision-making, and people management abilities.
• Effective communication, able to coodinate cross functional teams, documentation skills

2. RECOVERY PLANT SECTION HEAD

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 8 years experience di Recovery Plant & Boiler Process
• Min. 4 years experience as Supervisor or;
• Min. 2 years experience as Section Head / Superintendent
• Understanding of recovery boiler operation, ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator), evaporator, green liquor / white liquor cycle, and chemical recovery processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; able to lead a multidisciplinary shift team
• Proactive in identifying operational risks and driving performance improvement
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments

2. SUPERVISOR LEVEL

1. ELECTRICAL PLANNER

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years working experiences as Electrical Planner
• Proficient in using SAP system (required)
• Able to read and create electrical engineering drawings (single line diagrams, wiring diagrams).
• Have good analytical, planning and time management skills

2. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE UNIT HEAD

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering Supervisory skill
• Min. 5 years maintenance experience in conveyor, wood chippers, Chip Handling & Wood Yard area
• Min. 2 years experience as Leader / Supervisior
• Skilled in root cause analysis (RCA) and reliability improvement techniques for rotating and static equipment.
• Good communication and coordination skills to work across departments and with vendors.

3. COOKING BLEACHING UNIT HEAD

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) from Chemical Engineering
• Min. 5 years working experience in the Cooking area, understand about continuous cooking, & hydraulic digester
• Min. 2 years experience supervising or leading a team in a process or production environment
• Strong supervisory skills with experience managing and motivating operational teams.
• Capable of coordinating maintenance and operational activities to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Good communication skills for effective coordination with production, maintenance, and quality control teams.

4. NON-FIBER RESEARCH UNIT HEAD

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry
• Min. 7 years working experiences in Pulp and Paper Industry, especially in research and development – focused on non-fiber materials or additives
• Capable of developing research strategies aligned with business goals and innovation targets.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-departments
• Having high integrity

5. CHIP & WOOD HANDLING UNIT HEAD

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) from Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• Min. 8 years experience in Wood Chip Mill Factory
• Able to operate SAP module Chip and Wood Operation
• Strong supervisory and team leadership skills with experience managing operators and maintenance crews.
• Capable of leading a team to produce good quality chips, achieve production targets and optimize existing raw materials to suit the conditions of each machine so that losses do not get worse.
• Able to analyze problems, create reports, and graphs using Ms. Office
• Having good knowledge of safety manner and hard willing to apply safety regulation and guidance to make sure all process does by safety first

3. OPERATOR LEVEL

1. ELECTRICAL OPERATOR

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Electrical Engineering
• Min. 3 years working experiences in Pulp and Paper Industry
• Having basic knowledge about Electrical system protection, Variable Frequency Drive & Motor Starter
• Able to cooperate cross departments & support others

2. DCS/PLC OPERATOR

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation/Mechatronics/ MIPA Physics
• Mastering the PLC Programming/Modification Process, Electronic Equipment and Instruments
• Experience with DCS Centum VP Yokogawa and/or PLC Schneider
• Ability to team work, good communication cross deparments

3. HEAVY VEHICLE MECHANIC

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Mechanical Engineering
• Able to operate heavy equipment (preffered)
• Min. 2 years working experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance
• Adaptive, good cooperation & team work

4. RECOVERY BOILER OPERATOR

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Min. 2 years working experience in Recovery Boiler area
• Having working experiences in Pulp and Paper Industry (preffered)
• Good at team work, clear communication, basic analytical thinking

5. POWER BOILER OPERATOR

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Min. 2 years working experience in Power Boiler area
• Having working experiences in Pulp and Paper Industry (preffered)
• Good at team work, clear communication, basic analytical thinking

6. PULP MACHINE OPERATOR

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering Electrical Engineering
• Min. 2 years working experience in Pulp Machine area / Pulp Dryer area
• Well knowledge about Wet End, Drying, Cutter Layboy, & Balling Line operation
• Good at team work, clear communication, basic analytical thinking

7. TECHNICIAN NON-FIBER RESEARCH

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Industrial Chemical Engineering / Chemical Analysis
• Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring Chemical Engineering / Chemistry
• Having working experiences in Pulp and Paper Industry (preffered)
• High integrity, clear communication, persevering, result oriented, basic analytical thinking

8. TECHNICIAN FIBER RESEARCH

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Industrial Chemical Engineering / Chemical Analysis

10. INNOVATION STAFF

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry
• Having working experiences in Pulp and Paper Industry (preffered)
• High curiosity, creative thinking, proactive, clear communication
• High integrity, able to conduct research (technical, market, or user-based), benchmarking, and prototype testing

11. QA/QC ANALYSIS OPERATOR

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Vocational High School (SMK) majoring in Industrial Chemical Engineering / Chemical Analysis
• Min. 2 years working experience in same field
• Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring Chemical Engineering / Chemistry
• Having knowledge and experience for Fibreline Analysis, Viscocity, Consistency, Boiler Water, Water Treatment, Recausticizing Plant, White Liqour, and Chemical Plant
• Clear communication, persevering, result oriented, basic analytical thinking

12. MILLSTORAGE OPERATOR

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Senior/ Vocational High School/Associate Degree from various majors
• Min. 2 years working experience in warehouse mill storage (required)
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to maintain documents

13. PROCUREMENT STAFF

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) from various majors
• Having knowledge and experience with eproc system (required)
• Fluent in English both oral and written

14. BUYER

Kualifikasi:

16. SAFETY OPERATOR

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) majoring in Public Health, Engineering (all Engineering)
• Fluent in English both oral and written major)
• Having AK3 License (General/Fire), min. 2 years experience in safety
• Having driving license A (B is better),
• Able to operate Auto Cad & Graphic Design
• Capable of developing K3 programs and having knowledge of SMK 3 and ISO 45001
• Ability to team work, good communication cross departments

17. IT DEVELOPMENT STAFF

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) from all relevant majors
• Fresh graduate, at least have taken Basic Programming, Numerical Methods, Basic algorithms, or related courses / subjects
• Knowledge in SAP ABAP
• Knowledge in programming language : Visual Basic, C#, PHP, ASP, VB .Net, etc.
• Having experience in creating applications, such as applications for recording incoming and outgoing goods/inventory, applications for recording student/teacher attendance, etc.
• Uphold integrity, attention to detail, good responsibility, result oriented

18. IT CONSULTING STAFF

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Associate Degree (D3) from all relevant majors
  Business processes knowledge in SAP Plant Maintenance & Warehouse, and/or Sales Distribution, and/or FICO
• Understanding in Production Module & Quality
• Min. 2 years experience in related field (preferred)
• Uphold integrity, attention to detail, good responsibility, result oriented

19. TALLYMAN

Kualifikasi:

• Min. Senior/ Vocational High School/Associate Degree from various majors
• Able to operate crane and/or forklift proven by active SIO (preffered)
• Adaptive, good cooperation & team work
