PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk merupakan perusahaan penyedia infrastruktur menara telekomunikasi dan pelopor penyedia sarana menara yang dilengkapi fasilitas transmisi terintegrasi melalui jaringan kabel serat optik (fiber optic) dan transmisi nirkabel (wireless) yang senantiasa dapat mendukung kemajuan teknologi di bidang telekomunikasi.

Berdiri pada tanggal 6 Juli 2006, PT Bali Towerindo Sentra (“Balitower”) merupakan perusahaan penyedia infrastruktur Menara Telekomunikasi terkemuka di Propinsi Bali dan pelopor penyedia sarana Menara yang dilengkapi fasilitas transmisi terintegrasi melalui jaringan fiber optic/nirkable yang senantiasa dapat mendukung kemajuan teknologi di bidang telekomunikasi. Pada Tanggal 13 Maret 2014, Balitower resmi mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan mulai diperdagangkan dengan kode Emiten BALI.

Balitower secara konsisten terus meningkatkan kinerja bisnis dalam kegiatan usahanya seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi di Indonesia, hal ini tercermin dengan terjalinnya kerjasama yang baik dengan beberapa operator terkemuka di Indonesia dan perusahaan penunjang bisnis Balitower. Balitower juga sudah memperluas kegiatan usaha seiring telah diterbitkannya Keputusan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika atas persetujuan penyelenggaraan layanan Internet Protocol Television pada bulan Desember 2017, yang mana perluasan kegiatan usaha ini merupakan kerja sama dalam bentuk Combo Product Services antara TV Cable Services yang disediakan oleh PT Paramitra Media Interaktif selaku anak perusahaan dengan Internet Services yang disediakan oleh Balitower yang dinamakan “balifiber”.

1. Preventive Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting for FTTx network issues.
• Handle NOC and customer tickets
• Coordinate operational handovers.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Plan preventive maintenance (PM), fiber restoration, and relocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, networking, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to prepare operational reports.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS/K3).
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Willing to work on weekends.

2. System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise server, virtualization, and storage infrastructure
• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments
• Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure
• Support infrastructure implementation, maintenance, and operational activities
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Engineer.
• Experience with VMware or Proxmox virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Familiar with DNS, FTP, Mail, Database, and Middleware services
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Bash/Python scripting is an advantage

3. Cyber Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration testing and security assessments.
• Implement and maintain enterprise security solutions.
• Perform system hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Develop security automation and support DevSecOps initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement security solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cyber Security Engineering, Penetration Testing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of penetration testing, system hardening, and enterprise security technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• OSCP is strongly preferred. CEH, GPEN, eCPPT, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.

4. Cyber Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security events across enterprise security platforms.
• Investigate security incidents through log analysis and threat assessment.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and support remediation efforts.
• Maintain accurate incident records and security monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or Cyber Security Analyst role.
• Strong understanding of SIEM, incident response, log analysis, and the MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms and endpoint security solutions.
• Security+, SC-200, CEH, CySA+, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.

5. Process Governance Officer

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, process maps, and governance documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process standardization and alignment across the organization.
• Evaluate process performance and recommend continuous improvements to support business objectives.

6. Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor loT roll-out installation activities and project progress.
• Monitor the performance of the internal Field Management Team, contractors, and other project partners.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve technical and non-technical issues during project execution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure field activities meet HSSE requirements and civil structure quality standards.
• Oversee Live Feed camera integration and fiber-optic backhaul connectivity testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the telecommunications industry.
• Good knowledge of E2E civil construction, mass logistics, road utility permits, and fiber-optic deployment.
• Strong understanding of project management principles. PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using project management tools to track and report project progress.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, coordination, and reporting skills.

7. Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customer accounts while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

8. Engineer Senior Staff

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tower capacity, structural design, and infrastructure details.
• Review and evaluate structural consultant deliverables, including structural analysis and detailed drawings.
• Prepare project development documents, including plan drawings, cost estimates, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Bill of Material (BOM), and Method of Procedure (MOP).
• Coordinate with project and operational teams to address site-related technical issues and develop appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry as a Structural Engineer or Structural Consultant.
• Proficient in MS Tower, AutoCAD, ETABS, and/or SAP2000.
• Good understanding of tower structures, structural analysis, technical drawings, and engineering documentation.
• Good command of English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

9. Drafter

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, detailed drawings, and supporting technical documentation.
• Revise and update drawings based on technical requirements and coordination results.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with established standards and specifications.
• Utilize AI tools to support drafting, design, visualization, documentation, and work efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Relevant experience as a Drafter.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or other relevant drafting and design software.
• Experienced in preparing and revising technical drawings, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Familiar with Al tools to support drafting, design, visualization, and documentation processes.
