Lowongan Kerja PT Tracon Industri (TRACON)

1. Mechanical Engineer Staff

Job Description:

• Develop, review, and perform mechanical engineering design calculations for EPC projects.
• Prepare and review engineering deliverables, including specifications, datasheets, equipment sizing, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure engineering consistency and project compliance.
• Conduct technical evaluations of vendor proposals and engineering documents.
• Provide technical support during engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical engineering issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in EPC companies serving Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, or other industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, ANSI, and relevant international standards.
• Experience in rotating and static equipment engineering.
• Proficiency in engineering software and design tools such as AutoCAD, PV Elite, Compress, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written

2. Process Engineer Staff

Job Description:

• Develop and review process design deliverables, including Process Design Basis, Heat & Material Balance, PFDs, P&IDs, and process datasheets.
• Perform process simulations, calculations, and optimization studies.
• Ensure compliance with process safety requirements and engineering standards.
• Support HAZOP, SIL, and other safety studies as required.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Provide technical support during project execution, commissioning, and start-up activities.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Refinery, or Industrial Process Facilities.
• Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent process simulation software.
• Strong understanding of process safety and engineering standards.
• Experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

3. Instrument Engineer Staff

Job Description:

• Prepare and review instrumentation and control engineering deliverables, including instrument datasheets, instrument index, I/O lists, specifications, and hook-up drawings.
• Develop and review DCS, PLC, SIS, and control system architectures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IEC, ISA, and project-specific standards.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical clarification, bid evaluation, and document review.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Refinery, or Industrial Process Facilities.
• Experienced in Instrumentation & Control System design for Oil & Gas, Petrochemiccal, Power Plant, Mining, or Industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of process safety and engineering standards.
• Capable of preparing Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Index, I/O List, Hook-up Drawings, and Technical Specifications.
• Familiar with DCS, PLC, SIS, and relevant IEC/ISA standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written

4. Project Control Staff

Job Description:

• Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Control project costs and financial performance.
• Track project progress and prepare reports.
• Coordinate project reviews and cross-functional activities.
• Support project administration, invoicing, and documentation.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and data confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Control.
• Familiar with project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
