PT Harita Prima Abadi Mineral adalah perusahaan penambangan bauksit yang didirikan pada tahun 2005 dan bermarkas di Jakarta. Perusahaan ini bergerak sebagai anak perusahaan dari PT Cita Mineral Investindo Tbk. Perusahaan ini sendiri fokus pada pengolahan dan pemurnian (smelter) biji bauksit menjadi alumina yang basisnya terletak di Kalimantan Barat. Dalam pembangunan smelter, perusahaan ini menanamkan modal senilai USD 2,2 miliar dengan kapasitas produksi yang mencapai hingga 4 juta ton alumina / tahun. Untuk tahun 2015, perusahaan ini menetapkan target kapasitas produksi bauksit hingga mencapai 1 juta ton per tahunnya.

1. HR Operations Officer

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or administration.
• Proficient in personnel administration (attendance, contracts, employee data).
• Strong communication and cross-department coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with HRIS/Excel systems.

2. HR Recruitment Officer

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Skilled in interview techniques, psychological testing, and candidate assessment.
• Familiar with job portals, social media, and talent sourcing.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.

3. HR Operations Supervisor

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor regulations, BPJS, and compliance.
• Leadership skills: able to supervise HR Operations team.
• Proficient in HR data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.

4. Payroll Supervisor

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll and compensation.
• Knowledge of payroll systems, income tax (PPh 21), BPJS, and labor regulations.
• Accuracy in calculating salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Leadership skills: able to supervise payroll team and ensure accuracy.

5. Recruitment Supervisor

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, including supervisory/managerial level.
• Expertise in end-to-end recruitment process (job analysis, sourcing, interview, onboarding).
• Ability to develop talent acquisition strategies and employer branding.
• Leadership skills: supervise recruitment team and ensure targets are met.
