1. Coal Sourcing & Logistic – Jakarta Office

Analyze coal market trends, manage procurement activities, and ensure smooth coal supply operations in accordance with contractual obligations. Furthermore, build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide strategic mining recommendations based on comprehensive evaluations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Above 2 years to 5 years of experience in coal procurement, market analysis, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

2. Digital Specialist – Jakarta Office

To design, develop, test, and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms that support real-time decision-making and strategic business initiatives. This role plays a key part in delivering data-driven solutions and fostering innovation across the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Economics, or Physics.
• More than 5 years experience information technology, business analytics, statistical and/or data science/business intelligence and programming, preferable at Mining Industry sector.
• Advanced statistical knowledge or predictive modeling techniques.
• Experience in digital transformation, agile, and/or digital tools is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (Al) and optimization techniques, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and methods such as linear programming, heuristics, or evolutionary algorithms.
• Excellent communication with English proficiency.
• Data Science Professional Certification (e.g.,Tableau Data Scientist, HarvardX’s Data Science Professional Certificate) is a plus value.

3. Operation Performance Control – Jakarta Office

Analyzing operation performance across the company and its subsidiaries and monitoring production from daily to yearly and also assessing external factors such market landscape and market trends by evaluate production outlook, financial model and economic valuations to provide strategic insights that drive informed decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering.
• More than 5 years experience in Mining Industry sector.
• Experienced in using Mining Engineering applications (e.g., MineScape, Surpac, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication with English proficiency.
• Presentation and communication skills, also able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

4. Operation Reporting & Data Governance (Maternity Leave Replacement) – Jakarta Office

Preparing, validating, and submitting periodic mining operational performance reports into the government’s designated system in a timely manner, as well as analyzing mining operational performance data to be presented to management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• More than 1 year experience in Mining Industry sector.
• Experienced in using Government Reporting System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication with English proficiency.
• Strong in Data Analytical and able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
