1. Project Manager (PBPM)

Responsibilities:

• Leading project planning, define project scope and objectives.
• Manage several moving projects simultaneously.
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
• Managing teams of individuals both within the company and without, to maximize performance and minimize potential problems.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Working alongside clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to streamline processes.
• Overseeing all relevant project documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Have strong experience as IT Project Manager roles for 2+ years.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Have good documentation and communication skills.
• Have good logical and analytical thinking.
• Preferable have Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Scrum certification will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Indonesian Capital Market are advantageous.

2. Android Developer (PBAD)

Responsibilities:

• Strong expertise in Kotlin.
• Proficient with Git version control.
• Experience with Jetpack Components.
• Knowledge of clean architecture & MVVM/MVI patterns.
• Play Store publication experience.

Qualifications:

• Having at least 3 years of experience in related field.

3. IOS Developer (PBID)

Responsibilities:

• Strong proficiency in Swift & UIKit/SwiftUI.
• Experience with Git for team collaboration.
• Familiarity with ARC, Concurrency & Design Patterns (MVVM/VIPER).
• App Store publication experience.

Qualifications:

• Having at least 3 years of experience in related field.

4. Web Developer (PBWD)

Responsibilities:

• Strong Next.js expertise (SSR/SSG, API routes).
• Node.js backend familiarity (API integration).
• Docker skills for containerization.
• Git mastery for collaborative workflows.
• TypeScript, CI/CD, or cloud deployment.

Qualifications:

• Having at least 3 years of experience in related field.

5. Product Owner (PBPO)

Responsibilities:

• Basic IT Project Leadership: Managed 1-2 IT projects (web/mobile/SaaS).
• Business Analysis: Can translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Agile Fundamentals: Familiar with Scrum/Kanban workflows.
• Stakeholder Communication: Comfortable liaising between tech teams and business units.
• Tool Literacy: Jira for tracking, Confluence for documentation.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles or API basics is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Minimum hold bachelor degree with emphasis in engineering, business management, computer science or related fields.
• Always looking for ways to Improve a product or services to make it better, faster, and more user friendly.
• Ability to work with large teams and a variety of people, including users, and software delivery teams.
• Knowledgeable about the business processes of the Indonesian & International capital market is a plus.
• Excellent oral & written communications, including presentation skills.
• 2 – 3 years of working experience in either handling Investment Product or Cryptocurrency Product.
• Update on economic and technological developments.

6. Quality Assurance (PBQA)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and develop detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for web, mobile, and backend/API applications.
• Perform both manual and automation testing based on project needs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and the UAT team to ensure application quality before release.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and actively participate in debugging with the development team.
• Ensure optimal test coverage and perform peer reviews of test artifacts when necessary.
• Apply efficient, well-documented, and risk-aware QA practices, including participation in the QA RCSA (Risk and Control Self-Assessment).
• Support the development of QA automation processes and contribute to overall team quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Analyst or Software Tester.
• Ability to create test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements and team discussions.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC, especially Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experienced in API testing using Postman and familiar with API documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Capable of designing test scenarios for various API methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE), including response code validation, JSON structure, and parameter testing.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication methods (e.g., OAuth2, token-based), and API testing in financial or investment systems.
• Experience with API automation tools such as Newman, REST Assured, or equivalent is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications (Android/iOS).
• Proficient in QA tools such as TestRail, Jira, or Qase.io.
• Familiarity with financial products such as trading platforms, investment instruments (e.g., government bonds/SBN, ETFs), or financial systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
