PT Tah Sung Hung merupakan perusahaan manufaktur sepatu yang didirikan pada tahun 2020 berlokasi di Brebes, Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan merupakan perusahaan relokasi dari Tangerang provinsi Banten. Relokasi ini dilakukan untuk pengembangan perusahaan dan untuk bisa memaksimalkan produksi yang dihasilkan serta bisa menyerap tenaga kerja lebih banyak lagi.

PT Tah Sung Hung merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur sepatu dan memproduksi sepatu dengan brand Adidas. Melalui proses inovatif dan keberlanjutan, kami ingin terus menghasilkan produk yang dapat disukai oleh banyak konsumen. Dengan proses yang sesuai prosedur standar, kami memastikan produk yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas tinggi, karena produksi yang dihasilkan PT Tah Sung Hung akan didistribusikan ke seluruh dunia.

Pabrik ini telah membangun operasi terpusat dan sistem manajemen digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi kinerja yang tinggi dengan mekanisme produksi yang fleksibel.

1. Development – Bill of Material

Requirements:

• S1 all major
• Excellent in computer skills (MS Office & MS Outlook)
• Have the ability to manage a team and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
• Good Comunication Skill

2. Development – Chemical

Requirements:

• S1 all major
• 1 Year on chemical-related process
• Experienced in computer skills (MS Office & Outlook)
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
• Have the ability to manage a team and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills

3. Development – Purchasing

Requirements:

• S1 All Major
• Experienced in purchasing footwear manufacturing
• Excellent in computer skills (MS. Office & Outlook), Ms. Excel is preferred
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in English both speaking and writing

4. Researcher

Requirements:

• Active and fluent English is a plus
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the capability to self-direct and prioritize amidst competing goals, while working independently or collaboratively
• Strong written communication skills, capable of conveying accurate and persuasive messages to a board audience
• Big enthusiasm and curiosity of the product making, story behind the product, material, tooling , crafting, art, compound
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and vendors

5. Sampel Maker

Requirements:

• Computer proficiency in programs such as Ms Point, Photoshop, CoralDraw/Illustrator, and Blender as well as willingness to learn new programs
• Technical understanding of product making (pattern, stiching, crafting, sculpting) and product simulation (with software)
• Detail-oriented, organized and with good time management skills
• Able to work across multiple projects at once in a high-paced environment
• Able to operate laser cutting machine or 3d printing is a plus

6. Business Dept. Order Team

Requirements:

• S1 all major
• Experienced in the same field, minimum 1 year
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Excellent in computer skills (MS Office & MS Outlook)
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
• Able to work individually as well as team
• Attention to detail and good time management

7. Business Dept. Export

Requirements:

• S1 all major
• Minimum 1 year of Experience in the Export team in manufacturing
• Excellent in computer skills (MS Office & MS Outlook)
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
• Attention to detail & Organizational skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills

8. Business Dept. Labeling & Packaging Staff (L&P)

Requirements:

• S1 all major
• Experienced in the same field, minimum 1 year
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Excellent in computer skills (MS Office & MS Outlook)
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
• Attention to detail & good time management
• Good communication

9. Rubber Dept. Planning & Material WH

Requirements:

• S1 all major
• Excellent in computer skills (MS Office & MS Outlook)
• Have the ability to manage a team and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
• Good Comunication Skill

10. General Affair – Purchasing Team

Requirements:

• SMA/SMK/S1 all major
• Experienced as purchase team with a min. 3-5 years
• Have the ability to manage a team
• Have the ability negotiation skills
• Fluent in English, both speaking an writing
• Able to speak Mandarin is a plus

11. Manufacturing Excellence (Lean & IE Staff)

Requirements:

• S1 Industrial Engineering
• Excellent verbal communication skill
• Excellent in computer skill (MS. Office & Outlook)
• Fluent in english both speaking and writing
• Minimum 1 year experience in same field
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Understand production flow, 6S & lay out
• Design skill of 2D/3D Model
• Having a project management skill is a plus

12. Product Designer

Requirements:

• Active and fluent English is a plus
• Able to generate creative product design concepts based on user research and business requirements
• Manual drawing skill is a must
• Big enthusiasm and curiosity of the product making, story behind the product, material, tooling, crafting
• Proven planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Computer profienciency in programs such MS Point, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and SketchUp as well as willingness to learn new programs
• Portfolio either PDF or link to website listed on resume
