Candidate Criteria

• Final year students or fresh graduates
• Open for all majors
• Indonesian Citizenship
• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
• A minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00
• Have strong leadership capability, active in organization, and passion to work in FMCG
• Learners with strong adaptability, energy, and passion for sales
• Individuals willing to be placed anywhere across Indonesia
• Available for a full-time and on-site internship in each placement city throughout November 2026 – May 2027
