Management Trainee – Accounting

Management Trainee program is a training program that helps employees develop the skills they need to be effective leaders. It’s designed to prepare young leaders for future management roles by familiarizing them with the ins and outs of an organization.

Management Trainee in SPS Corporate will be trained to be a manager within 3-5 years of working. There is areas of expertise :

General Requirements :

  • Min GPA 3.00 from Bachelor Accounting/ Tax Accounting
  • Will stay in worker’s mess in the factory location
  • Willing to work hard in flexible time
  • Able to work high pressure
  • Willing to compete and accept new challenges
  • Able to speak other languages (English, Mandarin, etc.) is a plus
  • Must be from reputable top university in Indonesia, fresh graduate max 25 years old
  • Willing to be placed anywhere (in Indonesia)

Placement: Ngoro/Gresik/Sragen/Subang/Sumbawa/East Java/Central Java/West Java/Others

All MT will have benefit to stay in Worker’s Mess in the factory location, BPJS & Lunch
