Graduate Development Program – PDCA

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate sales, operational, and business performance
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management review
  • Analyze data and identify improvement opportunities through PDCA approach
  • Support branding activities and monitor digital engagement performance
  • Assist in monitoring new product development and strategic initiatives
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure project execution and reporting effectiveness
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and business process optimization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum GPA 3.50 / 4.00
  • Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome
  • Basic understanding of PDCA, project management, or data analysis is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to join a 6-month program
