Graduate Program STAR & GREAT 2027 is an accelerated development journey designed to shape the next generation of leaders at Danone Indonesia. Through challenging assignments, meaningful projects, and real business exposure, you will have the opportunity to create impact from day one while contributing to Danone’s mission of bringing health through food to as many people as possible.

Supported by structured learning, business exposures, and guidance from experienced Mentors and Leaders, you will develop the mindset and skills needed to thrive in a dynamic and purpose-driven organization.

• STAR offers business exposures, empowering you to build a holistic understanding of the organization and accelerate your development into a future Business Leader.
• GREAT provides immersive exposure across Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, equipping you with the experience and skills needed to become a future Operations Leader.

Who are we looking for?

• Outstanding Bachelor/Master Graduates (all majors)
• 0-3 years working experience
• Has related internship & leadership/organization experience
• Intermediate English fluency
• Willing to be placed at any Danone locations across Indonesia
• Available to onboard in Q1 2027 (Jan – February)
