1. Management Trainee – Mandiri Sekuritas

To support this ambition, we are looking for high-potential young talents to join our Management Trainee Program-a structured development journey designed to build the next generation of leaders who will drive business growth, innovation, and transformation across the organization.

Through this program, you will:

• Gain end-to-end exposure across our core business (brokerage, investment banking, digital business)
• Be involved in real strategic projects and business challenges
• Accelerate your growth through structured development, mentorship, and leadership exposure
• Play a role in shaping the future of Indonesia’s capital market

What you will need:

• Driven, curious, and eager to learn
• Strong in analytical and conceptual thinking
• Demonstrating leadership potential and collaboration skills
• Ready to take on challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.25 or maximum has 2 years of work experience
• Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor’s Degree and 27 years old for Master’s Degree by 31 December, 2025
• Excellent English with minimum TOEFL 550 or IELTS 6
