Hyatt Hotels Corporation berdiri dari sebuah pembelian rumah Hyatt, di Los Angeles International Airport pada 27 September 1957. Pemilik aslinya adalah seorang wirausaha, Hyatt von Dehn (1904–1973) dan Jack D. Crouch (1915–1990). Von Dehn sangat ingin keluar dari bisnis hotel setelah beberapa tahun, sehingga ia menjual saham hotelnya kepada Jay Pritzker (1922–1999). Adik Jay, Donald, di bawah naungan Jack Crouch, mengambil alih operasi perusahaan dari hari ke hari dan memperoleh motel dan hotel, membangun citra yang memimpin dalam industri perhotelan. Dibawah pimpinan Donald, Hyatt menjadi jaringan hotel yang berkembang pesat di Amerika Serikat sampai akhir hayatnya pada tahun 1972.

The 12-24 month program will be customized to your own development needs, previous work experience and career objectives.

Qualifications

  • Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Had a proven leadership experience in college or school organization
  • Maximum two years full time working experience in Food and Beverage service
  • Excellent in public speaking skill both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong guest service and growing mindset, creative and quality focus
