Marketing Management Trainee

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Conduct market research and analyze data to support business strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Support sales activities and achieve business targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with company capabilities

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales Engineer or Business Development.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• All majors are welcome to apply, preferably Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in English. Other languages (E.g. Mandarin or Japanese) is an advantage.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities will be an advantage.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Actively involved in competitions, organizations, internships, or community initiatives, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Experience studying or working in China is highly preferred.
