1. Infra SPV

Responsible for implementing infrastructure development activities in the field by maintaining quality over time.

Qualification :

• Min. S1 from any major, preferable Civil Engineering
• Min. 1 years working experience in related fields
• Know the Technical Drawaing and Data Management
• Placement: Cibubur Area

2. Landscape SPV

Responsible for the implementation and construction of the Landscape site in accordance as well as directions from the Site Manager and Construction Manager.

Qualification :

• Min. S1 from any major, preferable Landscape architecture
• Having min. 1 years experience in related fields
• Having knowledge on both hardscape and softscape
• Placement: Cibubur Area

3. Structure Engineer

Responsible for implementing planning activities and developing project design structure calculations.

Qualification :

• Min. S1 from any major, preferable Civil Engineering
• Having min. 1 year experience in relate fields
• Experience in structural engineer major in building works would be advantage
• Placement: Cibubur Area

4. HSE SPV

Ensuring all safety activities in construction run smoothly and building good relationships with surrounding community

Qualification

• Min. S1 in K3/Environmental Engineering/Public Health
• Min. 2 years of working experience as EHS Spv in landed building
• Great teamwork & leadership skills
• Attention to details
• Certified candidate will be proffered
• Placement: Cibubur Area

5. Finance Controller

Responsibilities

• Monitoring financial expenditures to match budget planning
• Preparing the company’s annual and outlook budget
• Making a comparison between the actual use of the budget & the plan and analyze the differences/variances in the use of budget

Qualification

• Min. S1 from accounting major
• Having min. 1 year experience in related fields
• Have a good knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and procurement system
• Have a strong analytical skills, effective in time management, attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work effectively in a team
• Have a strong initiative
• Experience in property will be a plus

6. Resident Relation Analayst

Providing services and handling complaints for residents at Anandamaya Residences

Qualification

• Min S1 from any major
• Having min. 2 years of working experience as tenant relation officer or front line
• Attractive appearance with balanced height & weight
• Friendly, agile and service oriented
• Communicate both verbally and in writing in English actively
• Can work in shift

7. Graphic Design Analyst

Create a design concept that is communicative and easy to understand from its visual appearance based on the schedule that has been given.

Qualification

• Min. S1 from any major, preferable Visual Communication Design/Advertising
• Having min. 1 years experience in related fields
• Able to use software Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
• Able to work under pressure & manage work to meet the deadline material

8. Network and System Administration

Responsible for Carrying out administration, management, and maintenance of company network infrastructure & systems.

Qualification

• Min. S1 from Computer Science/Computer System
• Having min. 4 years experience as system administrator (MySQL, Azure, SharePoint)
• Understand networking techniques (NAT, switching, routing, etc.)
• Have Cybersecurity server certification are preferred.

9. Back End Developer

• Min. D3/S1 majoring in Information Technology or related fields
• Min. 2 years of working experience in the related fields (having experience in develop API in  Dynamics 365 or one full cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project)
• Good in X++, MS SQL Server, C#, ASP.net. IIS, SSRS

11. Business App Functional

Responsible for carrying out management & maintenance of Dynamic 365, SharePoint. Power App & Power Automate System.

Qualification

• Min S1 in Information Technology, Information System, or related fields.
• Min. 2 years experience as a power platform (power app. power automate) and SharePoint consultant in designing, managing. manufacturing, configuring, implementing. troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
