PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama, atau yang sering disebut dengan BUMA, didirikan pada tahun 1998, dan saat ini merupakan kontraktor pertambangan batubara terbesar kedua di Indonesia yang beroperasi secara independen. BUMA merupakan bisnis keluarga pada saat didirikan, dan kemudian diakuisisi oleh Delta Dunia pada tahun 2009, sehingga berubah menjadi korporasi yang dioperasikan secara professional. BUMA saat ini memiliki pangsa pasar sebesar sekitar 20%, dengan menyediakan jasa pertambangan bagi beberapa perusahaan tambang terbesar dan terlama di industri batubara Indonesia, serta beberapa pemain baru yang memiliki potensi pertumbuhan masa depan yang tinggi. BUMA melakukan pekerjaan penambangan secara menyeluruh, mulai dari pengupasan lapisan tanah penutup, penambangan batu bara, pengangkutan batu bara serta reklamasi dan rehabilitasi tanah. Operasional BUMA didukung lebih dari 11.300 karyawan bersama dengan tim manajemen yang solid dan berpengalaman di bidang penambangan batu bara, serta difasilitasi dengan teknologi canggih dan lebih dari 2.500 unit alat berat dari berbagai merek seperti Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Volvo, Scania dan Mercedes. A. Engineering Division

1. Geotech Engineer

Requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
  2. Ready to be Placed at All BUMA Sites
  3. Strong Field Equipment Skill (Geodetic, Geological, Geophysics, Hydrogeological)
  4. Strong Software (Mapping, Geology, Geostatistical, Mining, Geotech, Microsoft Office)
  5. Strong in problem solving, statistical, Improvement
  6. Good in presentation and communication skill

B. Procurement/Supply Chain Division

2. Procurement Analyst

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree in any major Industrial Engineering and Civil Engineering
  2. 2 years working experience in Mining Company
  3. Experience in Reporting and cost analysis
  4. Experience in participate in supplier management activities
  5. Experience in negotiations and networking
  6. Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
  7. Experience in collecting and analyzing data
  8. Possess high integrity, good analytical thinking, able to work both individually and teamwork, self driven and results oriented
  9. Excellent communication skills

C. Information & Technology Division

Requirements

3. UI/UX Lead
  1. 3+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design.
  2. Excellent storytelling, ideation, and creativity skills in capturing needs into transformative features and increased value for users.
  3. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome.
  4. Have good knowledge in Mobile and Web application development (React Native, Kotlin,
  5. Objective C, JavaScript). Having experienced in mobile and web application development is an advantage.
  6. Portfolio demonstrating a strong foundation in UI/UX design.
  7. Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with customers and clients.
  8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.
  9. Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop and others.
4. Junior Analyst

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, System Information, Computer Science, Fresh grade welcome to apply.
  2. Possesses more than 1-2 years of experiences as ETL Developer and Big Data Processing
  3. Having knowledge of ETL Tools Attunity / Pentaho/ ADF or others ETLS Tools such as Denodo/ Talend / Informatics / Other ETL Tools
  4. Having knowledge of SQL Query & SAP (is a must)
  5. Having knowledge of standard business process and Azure Cloud is plus
  6. Good Documentation
  7. Willing to travel for an extended period and work overtime and on the weekend (if needed)

5. .NET Developer

Requirements

  1. Strong coding ability and more than 3 years experience in Microsoft Technology using C# and NET framework
  2. Ideal candidates should have experience in Cloud architecture
  3. Experience in creating and maintaining DBMS such as MS SQL Server
  4. Familiarity with OOP, Software Architecture, and Design Patterns
  5. Strong understanding about RESTful Web API
  6. Experience working with agile/scrum methodology, a version control system such as Subversion or Git
  7. Have good understanding of application lifecycle and application delivery including design, coding, testing, and debugging
  8. Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Technology
  9. Experience in Javascript, web front-end technology

6. Devops

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience with building, deploying, administration and monitoring of applications and related infrastructure.
  2. Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (Azure / AWS / Google)
  3. Experience with infrastructure tools like Terraform and ARM Template
  4. Experience scripting with languages like Python, PowerShell, bash
  5. Experience with Kubernetes (self managed or as a services)
  6. Understanding of different types of git workflows and the differences between them.
  7. Experience with monitoring and APM tools such as Azure Application Insight
  8. Experience with system hardening and implementing security controls.
  9. Mobile and API development experience will be great advantage
  10. Positive attitude, great collaboration and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Mobile Developer

Requirements

  1. More than 2 years of mobile development experience
  2. Ideal candidates should have experience in Cloud architecture.
  3. Strong coding ability
  4. Experience in Flutter development, Mobile development and Native/Hybrid Mobile Application
  5. Experience in creating and maintaining DBMS
  6. Working familiarity with OOP, Software Architecture, and Design Patterns
  7. Strong understanding about RESTful Web API

Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT related major
  2. Technical skill needed : database query, any programming language experience.
  3. Soft skill needed : communication, working independently, good analysis, willing to learn new knowledge, and problem solving
  4. Having knowledge and experienced in at least 1 full cycle of SAP implementations as BASIS consultant will be an advantage
  5. Willing to travel for an extended period
  6. Able to work effectively in teams with integrity
  7. Having SAP BASIS certification will be an advantage
