PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama, atau yang sering disebut dengan BUMA, didirikan pada tahun 1998, dan saat ini merupakan kontraktor pertambangan batubara terbesar kedua di Indonesia yang beroperasi secara independen. BUMA merupakan bisnis keluarga pada saat didirikan, dan kemudian diakuisisi oleh Delta Dunia pada tahun 2009, sehingga berubah menjadi korporasi yang dioperasikan secara professional. BUMA saat ini memiliki pangsa pasar sebesar sekitar 20%, dengan menyediakan jasa pertambangan bagi beberapa perusahaan tambang terbesar dan terlama di industri batubara Indonesia, serta beberapa pemain baru yang memiliki potensi pertumbuhan masa depan yang tinggi.

BUMA melakukan pekerjaan penambangan secara menyeluruh, mulai dari pengupasan lapisan tanah penutup, penambangan batu bara, pengangkutan batu bara serta reklamasi dan rehabilitasi tanah. Operasional BUMA didukung lebih dari 11.300 karyawan bersama dengan tim manajemen yang solid dan berpengalaman di bidang penambangan batu bara, serta difasilitasi dengan teknologi canggih dan lebih dari 2.500 unit alat berat dari berbagai merek seperti Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Volvo, Scania dan Mercedes. Saat ini, BUMA memiliki dua kantor perwakilan yang berlokasi di Balikpapan, Kalimantan Selatan dan Tanjung Redeb, Kalimantan Timur.

Superintendent – Accounting

Qualification

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Accountancy or equivalent.
  2. At least 5-7 year(s) of relevant cumulative working experience in accounting role (preferably in mining or mining contractor entities) is required for this position, prior experience in Big 4 is an advantage.
  3. Computer literacy and ability to manipulate large amounts of data, simply excel wizard.
  4. Prior exposure to software such as SAP.
  5. Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
  6. Ability to work independently under general guidance and with self-initiative.
  7. Strong sense of ownership.
  8. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement.
  9. Ability to meet assigned deadlines, with excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
  10. Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction to accomplish assigned tasks.
  11. Demonstrates effective leadership, motivation, and team work in a dynamic, multi-cultural business environment.
  12. Demonstrates exceptional planning, interpersonal and communication skills.
  13. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.

Jobdesc :

  1. Supervises, directs, and reviews the work of the Accounting team members.
  2. Review day-to-day journal entries and ensure posted journal entries are complete and accurate.
  3. Responsible for accounting, bookkeeping and administration in daily basis and timely financial closing in monthly basis.
  4. Monitor accounts receivables aging and liquidity.
  5. Ensure completeness of accruals and provision on monthly closing.
  6. Prepare reporting package and supporting details needed for Group consolidation process.
  7. Produce financial statements or other supporting financial reports as required by management.
  8. Assess and identify financial and accounting policies and procedures towards overall business process improvement.
  9. Maintain and ensure commercial terms of commercial deals align with accounting standards.
  10. Perform budgeting preparation and performance analytics of monthly financial results
  11. Monitor and control the costs and expenses disbursement and provide recommendations to increase cost efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes by setting up accounting guidance and policy.
  13. Participate in ad-hoc projects.
