1. New Project Permit Officer

Job Description

• Identify and propose list of new project permit as required by company and give input to number of new project permit package.
• Process new project permit and others project as assigned on schedule and follow government rules and company rules.
• Report every new project permit activities assigned (weekly/monthly and annual )
• Analyze and report every problem/challenge occur
• Monitor /control all process until finish.
• Coordinate with all related party in conducting new project assigned
• Conduct PKKPR sea, Jetty/TUKS, BUP/ Port Company, PBG TUKS / Jetty, loading unloading, sea water intake, ISPS Code, temporary storage, dredging, reclamation, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum S1 Ocean Engineering or any relevant background
• Have 2-3 years years working experience in ocean project is preferrable
• Computer literate (Ms. Office, Ms. Project, Engineering CAD)
• Good communication skill, negotiation and networking
• Good in english both spoken & written

2. Marine Operator

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Melakukan pengambilan sampel di tangki darat 24 jam sebelum kapal sandar (loading), untuk mendukung kelancaran proses pengambilan sampel.
• Mengecek kapal pada saat sandar dan menyiapkan hose yang akan disambung, untuk kelancaran proses produksi.
• Mengecek hose, pressure, temperature dan mencatat level meter pada saat aktivitas loading berlangsung, untuk memastikan kondisi hose, pressure, dan temperature berjalan lancar.
• Melakukan pengambilan sampel di tanki kapal untuk dianalisa di TCD sebelum dilakukan aktivitas unloading (naphtha, butane, hexane, hexan, & isobutene dan sounding level di tanki darat), untuk memastikan kualitas produk dan kuantitas yang diterima.
• Melaksanakan distribusi pengiriman dokumen setelah aktivitas loading unloading selesai, untuk kelancaran proses administrasi.
• Melakukan pengecekan cuaca, untuk memastikan cuaca dalam keadaan baik guna keamanan dan keselamatan pelabuhan dan kapal itu sendiri.
• Melakukan perawatan fender, QRH, valve, hoses, genset level fuel, untuk memastikan kondisi dari fender, QRH, valve, hoses, genset level fuel dapat berfungsi dengan baik.
• Menyiapkan laporan DCR, near miss, dll, untuk memberikan informasi ke atasan.

Persyaratan :

• Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan D3 Nautika
• Fasih berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris
• Sehat secara fisik dan mental
• Mampu bekerja sama dalam tim
• Memiliki kepatuhan terhadap prosedur dan standar yang berlaku

3. Banking & Bond Operations Officer

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in major Accounting/Finance
• Have 1-3 years working experience in related field from Banking/Manufacturing/Auditing Firm
• Proficient using computer application such as Ms. Office and SAP
• Fluent in English

4. Polymer Sales Account Executive B

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibility in maintaining existing client and identifying new client.
• Execute day to day work with current and potential customers to offer product.
• Update customer database and visit customer in order to retain long term customer relationship.
• Build new relationship with potential customer which lead to customer satisfaction and generate orders and sales.
• Coordinate with Internal Admin & Finance team regarding to process purchase order and payment status customer.
• Other duties that being assigned to.

Qualifications

• Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) of any major.
• Has 2 years of working experience in similar positions (Account Executive, Sales) in B2B industry, banking / insurance institutions.
• Demonstrate the ability to build good relationship and cooperativeness with existing clients while also being able in looking for new potential ones.
• Able to communicate well with all level of stakeholders clearly and consciously.
• Has strong customer-service oriented attitude and priority-setting as well.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Team player, proactive, and highly motivated individuals.

5. Operation Risk Engineer

Job Description

• Ensure implementation of PSM standards/best practices was implemented properly to prevent process safety incident.
• Ensure routine activities of Operation has risk assessment and all mitigation was implemented.
• Support risk assessment of operation activities by HIRADC and Safe Work Practice standards.
• Support safety management system assessment for the contractors.
• Understand process safety operation risks and its mitigation’s recommendations.
• Involved in Pre-Start Up Safety Reviews (PSSR) activities to ensure Plant can be start up safely.
• Monitor interlock bypass and alarm management system follow up.
• Perform daily audit/assessment to activities that has operation risks.
• Prepare any training or socialization may require for PSM standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of Chemical Engineering
• Have 2 years working experience as operation engineer in manufacturing/ oil & gas/ Chemical Industries.
• Fluent in english skills both spoken and written
• Creative, good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Able to work with team to achieve corporate goals
