1. Quality Control Foreman

2. Production Foreman

Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Chemical Engineering/Industrial/Mechanical/Agriculture Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in FMCG Industry.
  • Have experience in Wafer, Biscuit, Beverage or related field.
  • Required Skills: GMP, HACCP, ISO, FSMS.
  • Have an understanding of the standards and processes of food production.
  • Have good leadership skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ready for working in a shift system (3 shifts).
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka.

3. Supporting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the team and ensure the availability and readiness of the resources including man, machine, method and material to support the achievement of production targets.
  • Check and monitor cream production reports.
  • Make root cause analysis and coordinate with relevant departments to take corrective action if problems arise.
  • Supervise and direct the team so that the cream produced complies with predetermined quality standards to prevent customer complaints.
  • Supervise all activities in the sugar milling area to ensure that the milled product is used according to the dosage and type of product to be conching.
  • Ensure physical stock and systems are appropriate.
  • Take corrective and preventive actions when discrepancies occur between physical stock and the system.
  • Monitor BS Recycle absorption.
  • Regularly check all reports to ensure the data/reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Direct and monitor the team to be able to work according to policies / work guidelines / SOP and apply ISO, GMP, 5S and safety concepts / principles.
  • Make annual estimate the Capex, Opex and Man Power budget.
  • Ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out on work machines and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as Supervisor from FMCG Industries.
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka

4. Production Supervisor (Wafer)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to employees.
  • Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
  • Check production output according to specifications.

Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in the same field. Especially in dry food, wafer, biscuit.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Have a good knowledge about production processes and machinery (extraction, wafer, biscuit).
  • Have a good understanding of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS), GMP, ISO, HACCP, and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experienced in evaluating procedures and processes to maximize efficiency, speed, quality, and implementing new ones as required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in shifting system (3 shifts).
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka.

5. Logistic Planning Staff Export

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating Weekly Shipment planning based on MPS.
  • Create sales orders and delivery orders based on daily production plans (RPH)
  • Create and ensure export documents are accurate and in accordance with standards.
  • Control the process of customer complaint dealing.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Have a minimum of 1 years experience in Logistic and administration areas.
  • Willing to be placed in Majalengka.
