1. Teknik Listrik

Kualifikasi :

  • Usia 18 – 28 tahun
  • Lulusan SMK Teknik Listrik / Elektro
  • Paham mengenai kelistrikan
  • Diutamakan berpengalaman sebagai teknisi, namun terbuka bagi lulusan baru
  • Bersedia tetap bekerja hari Sabtu / Minggu atau hari Libur Nasional dengan menggunakan sistem shift
  • Bebas Covid-19 (Melakukan Rapid Test Antigen ketika dinyakan lolos tahan akhir)
  • Penempatan : Distribution Center (DC) Super Indo Cikarang
2. Kasir / Pramuniaga

Kualifikasi :

  • Lulusan SMA/SMK Sederajat
  • Usia 18 – 25 tahun
  • Bebas Covid-19 (Melakukan Rapid Test Antigen ketika dinyakan lolos tahan akhir)
  • Bersedia bekerja sistem shift & hari Sabtu/Minggu atau hari libur Nasional
3. Admin

Kualifikasi :

  • Usia 18 – 25 tahun
  • Lulusan SMK Akuntansi
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Ms.Office (Word, Excel, PT)
  • Menguasai rumus dasar Ms.Excel
  • Mampu bekerja dengan deadline secara rapi, detail dan teliti

4. Buyer

Responsibilities :

Buyer source new source and review existing items and vendors to ensure products remain competitive in term of price, quality and avvailability.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in any major, Min. GPA of 3.00
  • Fresh graduate or max. 3 years working experience in buying / purchasing
  • Have good analytical and systematic thinking
  • Have good coomunication and negotiation skill
  • Detail orienteed person

5. General Accounting

Responsibilities :

Create store accounting transaction journal and control & review data in General Ledger

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, from a reputable university with good academic result
  • Min. GPA of 3.00
  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in related fields
  • Strong knowledge of financial
  • Have a good ability of Ms.Office lespecially Excel
  • Has a strong analysis and detial accuracy

6. Compensation & Benefit Specialist

Responsibilities :

Responsible for the payroll process (all items salary) every month and ensure the salary transfer process goes well and accurate

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economics, and Industrial Engineer is preferable with min. 1 year experience as a Payroll Specialist
    (Tax Brevet as a value added)
  • Min. GPA of 3.00
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
  • Have a good ability of Ms.Office (especially Excel least know about lookups, pivot, and filter)
  • Able to create reports with both (graphs and analysis)

7. Organization Development Analyst

Resposibilities :

Design and deliver people and organizational development strategies and the management of change to support the organization’s strategic and operational plans. Providing information, advice, and services as required and working with teams across the company to support a continuous organizational performamnce improvement program.

Requirements :

  • bachelor Degree in Psychology, certified in HR or OD and having knowledge in Hay and/or Mercer methodologies preferred
  • Have min. 3 years of working experience in the OD field
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skill
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people at all levels, including presentation skills and communication in English – both verbal and written
