Banquet Executive Sales

Responsibilities

  1. Develop a banquet sales strategy to meet sales targets
  2. Coordination of sales activities to ensure maximaziation the total revenue
  3. Generate new revenue opportunities for all revenue streams to meet or exceed the annual revenue objective
  4. Ensure that guest request accommodated by sales team, well notified on contract and well informed to operation team
  5. Maintain relationship with loyal customer and new customers
  6. Set clear monthly objectives and do self daily and monthly sales report
  7. Update all daily sales activities, company profiles and contact people
  8. Monitoring and analyze sales reports regularly
  9. Monitor and regulate all banquet activities
  10. Control the running of the exhibition and meeting pairs according to the annual work plan

Requirements

  1. Male/female, max. 35 years old
  2. Min. bachelor degree preferably Tourism & Hospitality graduates
  3. Min. 2 years experience as hotel sales or marketing, preferable in hotel group
  4. Coordination and handling Banquet specially Wedding & Corporate Event
  5. The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
  6. Passion to lead and a desire to succeed
  7. Communicative, responsible, discipline, good looking
  8. Familiar with Ms. Office
  9. Fluent in English both speaking & writing is preferable
  10. Placement: Jakarta
