1. Finance Staff

Responsibilities

  1. Processing financial transaction
  2. Creating financial report
  3. Responsible for Petty Cash

Requirement

  1. Bachelor-Degree from Leading Universities, with Major of Accountancy or Finance Management
  2. GPA Min 3.0
  3. Fresh graduated are welcome
  4. Honest and hardworking
  5. Good team player as well as individual player
  6. Have good leadership skills, communication skills, and good personality
  7. Have a positive attitude, courage, action-oriented, respectful, and enthusiasm
  8. Placement in Jakarta
2. Field Promotion Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Working closely with the sales team in planning & developing the sales area
  2. Controlling program activities with the cooking & VDO demo team
  3. Having a high initiative on a project to create demand
  4. Actively managing and monitoring similar activities of competitors in the area

Requirement

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University with GPA > 3.0 of 4.0
  2. Any major with an excellent record is welcome.
  3. Having at feast 3 (three) years of relevant experience.
  4. Working experience in FMCG is an advantage.
  5. Having extensive networking
  6. Honest, tenacious, responsible, able to work independently, neat, having a good logic
  7. Placement in Semarang, Central Java
  8. Having a positive attitude of Courage, Action-oriented, Respectful and Enthusiasm
3. EHS Manager

Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring the essential implementation of K3 will directly impact the company; namely, the business can run well, which can also increase the company’s profits.
  2. In charge of making an OHS work program and an implementation plan
  3. Understanding and mastering legal compliance management related to general safety, electrical & fire safety, environment, industrial hygiene, and occupational health.
  4. The SMK3 program that has been made must be sure to run well and must document properly
  5. Reporting and analysing work accident statistical data, carry out a work risk assessment of all elements and levels, campaign for the K3 program to employees.
  6. Ensure that work equipment, workforce, workforce health, and work environment have been checked before use and carrying out occupational safety training to increase employee understanding and awareness.
  7. Handling work accidents and investigating their causes. So that in the future preventive steps can be taken so that similar incidents do not need to be repeated.
  8. Ensuring that the workforce works according to the existing SOP. The existence of this SOP is part of creating a safe work process.
  9. Having a reward program for the success of the K3 program.

Requirement

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or K3 from a reputable university with GPA > 3 of 4.
  2. Having General AK3 and SMK3 Auditor Certification from the Ministry of Manpower and Transmigration (having another certificate related to the EHS field is preferred)
  3. Familiar with 1SO14001, OHSAS18001, SMK3, and FSSC
  4. Mastering English actively
  5. Having at least 3 (three) years of relevant experience in EHS
  6. Having good leadership skills, communication skill, and good personality
  7. Having a positive attitude, courage, action-oriented, respectful and enthusiasm
