Didirikan pada tahun 1962, perkebunan kelapa sawit SMART meliputi areal perkebunan sekitar 138.700 hektar (termasuk perkebunan plasma). PT SMART (Agribusiness and Food) mengoperasikan 16 pabrik, empat pabrik penghancur biji kelapa sawit dan empat kilang. Perusahaan ini mencatatkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 1992.

Kegiatan utama PT SMART (Agribusiness and Food) adalah penanaman dan pemanenan pohon kelapa sawit, pengolahan tandan buah segar menjadi minyak sawit mentah (“CPO”) dan palm kernel, dan pemurnian CPO menjadi produk bernilai tambah seperti minyak goreng, margarin dan shortening. Selain minyak curah dan minyak industrial, produk hasil rafinasi PT SMART (Agribusiness and Food) juga dipasarkan dengan beberapa merek dagang seperti Filma dan Kunci Mas. 1. Export Admin Officer

Job description:

  1. Assist export business operation by performing all documentation accurately, efficiently and on time based on export regulations to ensure Export operations run smoothly and arrive at the consumers according to the agreed terms and conditions.

Job requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
  2. At least 1 years working experience. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  3. Can operate Ms. Office (Excel and Word)
  4. Hard worker and detail oriented.
  5. Full-Time position(s) available.

2. Administrator

Job Descriptions:

  1. Monitor invoice payments are processed and well documented.
  2. Ensure all administrative documents are required.
  3. Helping to find out the price of transportation information is updated.
  4. Assist management prepare budget, planning, work activity.
  5. Prepare reports and related data management needs.
  6. Help prepare publications.

3. Procurement Officer

Job Descriptions:

  1. To assist procurement preparation process and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. To monitor and follow up on procurement request and entered Shopping Card in SRM list under the responsibility of Procurement.
  3. To negotiate pricing proposal, conditions, and requirements to purchase goods and services directly to the supplier in order to obtain the best price, conditions, and requirements.
  4. To check and monitor the availability of goods and services in compliance with the quantity, quality, delivery time, payment terms and other requirements specified in the Purchase Order.
  5. To coordinate and arrange delivery time from suppliers to relevant SBUs as per the required needs and fund availabilities.
  6. To perform SRM bidding and create QCF as the basis to issue Purchase Order (PO).
  7. To actively seek alternative vendors / suppliers, or sub-contractors whenever necessary.
  8. To monitor and follow up outstanding Purchase Order.
  9. Placement: Surabaya
