PT Daihatsu Drivetrain Manufacturing Indonesia adalah bagian dari PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM), perusahaan patungan antara Astra International, Daihatsu Motor Jepang, dan Toyota Tsusho, yang memproduksi komponen otomotif dan kendaraan Daihatsu, serta berfungsi sebagai basis produksi penting di luar Jepang, mengkhususkan diri dalam perakitan dan pembuatan komponen seperti drivetrain.

Lowongan Kerja PT Daihatsu Drivetrain Manufacturing Indonesia

1. Engineering Staff

Qualifications:

• Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 1 year of experience engineering staff at manufacturing
• Maximum age of 22 years old
• Understand the basics of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Understand pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, motors, sensors, bearings, gears, shafts, and machine components.
• Able to systematically troubleshoot and analyze equipment failures.
• Understand preventive maintenance, inspection, lubrication, and basic machine maintenance.
• Ability to use maintenance tools, measuring instruments and perform basic measurements.
• Ability to apply PDCA, the 5 Why, QC Story, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Understanding of the basics of downtime, MTBF, MTTR, machine reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Possesses a safety mindset, communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
• Possesses an engineering mindset and a willingness to learn, and is able to work directly on the production floor.

2. ⁠Production Engineering Staff

Qualifications:

• Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering; at least 1 year of experience engineering staff at manufacturing
• Maximum age of 22 years old
• Understanding of the basics of manufacturing processes, machining, assembly, and production equipment
• Ability to read drawings, dimensions, and tolerances, and use basic measuring tools
• Ability to process and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
• Understands and can apply PDCA, 5 WHY, QC Story, and root cause analysis
• Understands cycle time, takt time, productivity, line balancing, and process efficiency
• Able to implement kaizen/continuous improvement
• Possesses a safety mindset, communication skills, teamwork, discipline, and a sense of responsibility
• Possesses a willingness to learn, an engineering mindset, and the ability to collaborate with various departments
