Lowongan Kerja PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP)
1. Accounting Specialist
Responsibilities
- Making journal entry and general legder
- Preparing financial reports
- Reviewing financial statements
- Assisting audit process
- Liaise with HR Departement for payroll process
- Monitoring petty cash and loans
- Reviewing payment request process
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Fluent in Mandarin (read, writing and speaking)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skill(s) : financial report, PSAK, Ms. Excel
2. Cashier
Responsibilities
- Receive and process cash, cheque, and credit/debit card payments from customers
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at daily basis
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquires professionally
- Assist with month end reporting and other accounting tasks as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure financial integrity
Requirements
- Previous experience as as Cashier or in a similar financial role
- Excellent numerical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
3. Export Import Staff
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process all export and import documentation, including customs clearance, shipping paperwork and invoicing
- Liaise with external freight forwarders and other logistics partners to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for imported and exported goods
- Ensure compliance with all relevant trade laws, regulations and company policies
- Provide administrative support to the import/export team as needed
- Identify opportunites for process improvements and cost savings
Requirements
- Relevant degree in logistics, supply chain and management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in an export/import role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding Of import/export procedures, customs regulations and documentations requirements
- Proficient in using logistics management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Willing to work in tenant company
- Fluency in Mandarin will be preferred
4. Finance AR Staff
Responsibilities
- Processing and following up on customer and tenant invoices to ensure timely permanent
- Contacting customers to resolve any outstanding balances or payment issues
- Reconciling customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with credit checks and setting appropriate credit limits for customers
- Providing regular reporting on accounts receivable aging and collections performance
- Collaborating with the broader finance team on cash flow management credit control strategies
- Identifying opportunities to improve accounts receivable processes and practices
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control
- Skilled in Mandarin (verbal and non verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and creit management best practices
5. Mandarin Translator
Responsibilities
- Translating a wide range of documents including reports, presentations and correspondence from Mandarin to Enlish / Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa
- Providing real time interpretation services during meetings, calls and other business interactions with Chinese-speaking clients and partners
- Ensuring the accuracy, clarity and cultural appropriateness of all translations and interpretations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand context and deliver high-quality language services
Requirements
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English with excellent writtern and verbal communication skills
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in a business or industrial setting
- Strong research and analytical skills to ensure accurate and contextual translations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with translation software and other relevant technologies
- Knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing sector and its terminology will be preferred
6. Purchasing Staff
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing Of purchase requisitions, order and contracts in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate terms and monitor order status
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of materials
- Support the onboarding of new suppliers and the management of the supplier database
- Participate in the evaluation and selection Of suppliers based on quality, cost and delivery performance
- Provide administrative support to the purchasing team as needed
- Provide periodic report to related stakeholders regarding foreign purchase plan and/or actual purchase
Requirements
- 1-3 years Of experience in a purchasing or procuremen role, preferably in the manufacturing, transportation or logistics
- Fluency in Mandarin
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Good numerical and analytical skills to manage inventory,budgets and supplier performance
- Proficient in the use of MS office applications, particulary Excel
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and problem solving mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
