1. Senior Construction Engineer

Qualification :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical)
  • Minimum 8-12 years experience in related position
  • Experience as planner and supervisor for piping / mechanical / electrical
  • Able to develop construction execution plan and method statement
  • Preferable having experience in working for construction company
  • Proficient in English

2. Construction Engineer

Responsibility :

  • Review Project Schedule to establish detail construction schedule.
  • Prepare constructability study and activity sequence.
  • Planning of manpower and equipment required for construction.
  • Review and evaluate construction progress and productivity.
  • Establish construction database and lesson learned.
  • Prepare acceleration plan for construction schedule when required.

Qualification :

  • Education: S-1 degree majoring in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: 5-7 years.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
  • Good interpersonal skills and having organization experience
  • Willing to be assigned or business trip to construction site.
  • Computer literate (MS office, MS Word, Ms Excel, CAD, MS Project / Primavera)
  • Having Master degree (S-2) in Construction Management is an advantage.

3. Junior Construction Engineer

Responsibiliy :

  • Monitor and record daily and weekly construction activity for reporting to Construction Manager.
  • Coordinate with Construction Planner to prepare and evaluate construction activity sequence from time to time.
  • Review and evaluate requirement of manpower and equipment for construction work based on the Construction Schedule.
  • Review and evaluate construction productivity at Site and coordinate with superintendent where improvement need to be made to gain better productivity.
  • Assist Construction Manager in coordination with Superintendent and subcontractors with regards to general construction activity or any specific critical task.
  • Perform technical review of construction drawings and constructability study.

Qualification :

  • Education: S-1 degree majoring in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience: Fresh Graduate or experience less than 2 years are welcome.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
  • Good interpersonal skills and having organization experience
  • Willing to be assigned to construction site in remote location.
  • Computer literate (MS office, MS Word, Ms Excel, CAD)
  • Having excellent academic achievement is an advantage.

4. Construction Planning Engineer

Responsibility:

  • Review Project Schedule to establish detail construction schedule.
  • Prepare constructability study and activity sequence.
  • Planning of manpower and equipment required for construction.
  • Review and evaluate construction progress and productivity.
  • Establish construction database and lesson learned.
  • Prepare acceleration plan for construction schedule when required.

5. Subcontracting Engineer

Responsibility :

  • General subcontract planning and execution for EPC Project.
  • Establish subcontracting formation and strategy.
  • Issue inquiry and assessment of subcontractor proposal.
  • Monitor and review subcontract performance during construction execution.
  • Liaison with subcontractors to administer progress payment, variation, and claims.
  • Assist Construction Manager with regards to subcontract cost reporting and forecasting.
  • Prepare subcontract close out, settlement and final reporting.

Qualification :

  • Education: S-1 degree majoring in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position.
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
  • Good interpersonal skills, leadership and teamwork.
  • Willing to be assigned to construction site in remote location.
  • Computer literate (MS office, MS Word, Ms Excel, CAD)
  • Having knowledge in construction contract and cost management are advantage.
