Procurement Admin/Buyer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute procurement processes from sourcing to delivery.
  • Ensure timely and accurate purchase orders, supplier management, and vendor negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Maintain procurement records and reports using SAP.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Vocational High School.
  • Experience in procurement processes, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Able to use SAP.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
