PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk memiliki sejumlah portofolio aset bisnis yang berkualitas tinggi dalam rantai nilai mineral strategis dan bahan baku baterai kendaraan bermotor listrik (electric vehicle/”EV”) yang terletak di Sulawesi Tengah dan Sulawesi Tenggara, Indonesia.

Salah satu anak perusahaan kami adalah PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM). SCM adalah salah satu sumberdaya dengan kandungan nikel terbesar di dunia yang mengandung sekitar 13,8 juta ton nikel (kadar 1,22% Ni) dan 1,0 juta ton kobalt (kadar 0,08% Co). Tambang SCM pada awalnya dimiliki oleh Rio Tinto dan merupakan tambang terbuka yang besar, dekat dengan permukaan, dan berbiaya rendah, dalam konsesi seluas 21.100 hektar. Tambang SCM memiliki sumberdaya nikel limonit yang kaya, dengan komposisi campuran antara nikel limonit (77%) dan nikel saprolit (23%). Bijih nikel limonit adalah bahan baku yang digunakan dalam produksi Mixed Hydroxide Precipitate (“MHP”) melalui teknologi pemrosesan High Pressure Acid Leach (“HPAL”) yang kemudian dapat diiubah menjadi nikel sulfat untuk digunakan dalam produksi baterai kendaraan bermotor listrik;

1. Grade Control Pit Supervisor

Key Roles:

• Inform the Company’s Production Target to Grade Control foreman in the form of mining plan to implement the target in daily activities.
• Supervise and control the work of Grade Control Foreman, Grade Control Assistants, Grade Control Crew, and Dispatchers to maintain work carried out according to applicable operational standards.
• Supervise and control the work of nickel ore mining contractors to maintain the quality of nickel ore produced according to applicable operational standards.
• Comparing daily mining results between the mining model block plan and actual mining, as well as corrections and changes that need to be made for improvement.
• Make recommendations on mining mine out areas, based on sample data and production data to achieve mining cost efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Geological Engineering / Mining Engineering or related background
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Grade Control Foreman
• Understand nickel ore sorting procedures in Nickel mining. Understand sampling procedures in the mining pit.
• Good leadership skills.
• POP Certificate is an advantage
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office, ArcGis and Surpac is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster 42 active days: 14 days off

2. Grade Control Foreman

Key Roles:

• Implement daily work plans that have been informed by the grade control supervisor to achieve the company’s production targets in accordance with applicable company operational standards.Ensure cleanliness, safety and comfort in the work environment.
• Supervise and control the work of Assistant Grade Control, Crew Grade Control, and Dispatcher to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with applicable operational standards.
• Supervise and control the work of nickel ore sorting operators in the mining pit to maintain the quality of nickel ore produced according to applicable operational standards.
• Mixing nickel ore from mining pit to stockpile to achieve mining production target.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Geological Engineering / Mining Engineering or related background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Grade Control Foreman
• Understand nickel ore sorting procedures in Nickel mining. Understand sampling procedures in the mining pit.
• Good leadership skills.
• POP Certificate is an advantage
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office, ArcGis and Surpac is an advantage.

3. Production & Preparation Supervisor

Key Roles:

• Perform Ore blending activities to achieve Hauling production targets.
• Analyze Production Samples produced by Laboratory Contractors to maintain the quality of assay results produced.
• Deciding the dumping destination from pit to stockpile at the time of production.
• Deciding the transportation of dome ore based on the ore blending plan that has been made
• Preparation of daily, weekly reports to provide up-to-date information on production, stockpile balance and validation of production data.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Geological Engineering / Mining Engineering or related background
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Production & Preparation Supervisor
• Understand QA and QC Procedures of Nickel mine Production.
• Understand Stockpile Management, stockpile balance.Good leadership skills.

4. Production & Preparation Foreman

Key Roles:

• Supervise and control the work of Asistent Ore Quality Assurance, Crew Ore quality Assurance, and Dispatcher to maintain work carried out according to applicable operational standards.
• Supervise and control activities in Sample Preparation and Sample House to maintain work carried out according to applicable operational standards.
• Supervise the implementation of Stockpile Management activities to maintain the quality of ore produced.
• Implement the Company’s safety and health program for all sub ordinates under his/her responsibility to maintain the occupational safety and health of all employees under his/her sub ordinates.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Geological Engineering / Mining Engineering or related background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production & Preparation Foreman
• Understand QA and QC Procedures of Nickel mine Production.
• Understand Stockpile Management, stockpile balance.Good leadership skills.

5. QA HPAL Supervisor

Key Roles:

• Coordinate with production, hauling, and smelter departments to synchronize work plans and delivery schedules
• Prepare monthly evaluation reports related to the quality and realization of Limonite Ore material shipments.
• Analyze the sampling data and quality of Limonite Ore, and provide blending recommendations.
• Foster and direct subordinates in the implementation of tasks and SOP implementation.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Geological Engineering / Mining Engineering or related background
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance HPAL Supervisor
• Understand nickel ore sorting procedures in Nickel mining .- Understand sampling procedures in the mining pit.
• Good leadership skills.
• POP Certificate is an advantage
• Understand the technical characteristics of quality control, and blending processes in nickel laterite mining.
• Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster 42 active days: 14 days off
• Able to work at: Konawe site, Southeast Sulawesi.

6. QA HPAL Foreman

Key Roles:

• Maintain the quality and quantity of Limonite Ore material during the process of storage, loading, and shipping to the smelter.
• Monitor the Limonite Ore sample collection and preparation process for quality analysis.
• Control the management of Limonite Ore material in Stockpile and ensure material availability according to blending and shipping needs.
• Controlling the work of subordinates in the collection of sales data and delivery of Limonite Ore to smelters.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Geological Engineering / Mining Engineering or related background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance HPAL Foreman
• Understand nickel ore sorting procedures in Nickel mining .- Understand sampling procedures in the mining pit.
• Good leadership skills.

• Analyze the sampling data and quality of Saprolite Ore, and provide blending recommendations
• Prepare monthly evaluation reports related to the quality and realization of Saprolite Ore material shipments.
• Control the management of Saprolite Ore material in Stockpile and ensure material availability according to blending and shipping needs.
• Controlling the work of subordinates in collecting sales data and shipping Saprolite Ore to smelters.

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Geological Engineering / Mining Engineering or related background
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA RKEF Supervisor
• Understand nickel ore sorting procedures in Nickel mining .- Understand sampling procedures in the mining pit.
• Good leadership skills.

8. QA RKEF Foreman

Key Roles:

• Maintain the quality and quantity of Saprolite Ore material during the storage, loading, and shipping process to the smelter.
• Monitor Saprolite Ore sample collection and preparation process for quality analysis.
• Control the management of Saprolite Ore material in Stockpile and ensure material availability according to blending and shipping needs.
• Controlling the work of subordinates in collecting sales data and shipping Saprolite Ore to smelters
• Coordinate with the heavy equipment operation supervision team to ensure the smooth process of blending, loading, and shipping Saprolite Ore materials

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Geological Engineering / Mining Engineering or related background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA RKEF Foreman
• Understand nickel ore sorting procedures in Nickel mining .- Understand sampling procedures in the mining pit.
• Good leadership skills.
