Graduate Accelerated Programme (GAP) 2026

The Graduate Accelerated Programme (GAP) is a 26-month Management Trainee programme designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential graduates through structured learning, cross-functional exposure, and international assignments.

Participants will also gain regional experience through rotational opportunities across SD Guthrie’s operations in Indonesia and Malaysia.

  • 1st Year: International operational exposure assignmen in Malaysia.
  • 2nd Year: Operational and cross-functional assignment in Indonesia

Qualifications/Skills

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) with a GPA ≥ 3.50, Master’s Degree (S2) will be an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates from reputable universities or with less than 1 years of work Experience.
  • Preferred Educational Backgrounds:
    • Business Management & Finance
    • Engineering
    • Agriculture & Plantation
    • Technology & Data
    • Other relevant disciplines (e.g., Economics, Communication, etc.)
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, proven by English proficiency test results (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or equivalent).
  • Strong leadership qualities with active involvement in organizational activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and leadership potential.
  • Willing to participate in a 1-month onboarding program at our Training
  • Center before commencing the international exposure.
